The American is being pushed to the side and busy worrying about black and white to see the big picture. That race is only an issue in few places it’s class and nationality that typically defines a people in most parts of the world.

I sleep on every flight because im gonna die one day & i cant stop that. Black , white , Asian whatever yall want to call everyone went to the exact same flight school and passed the same tests within the required parameters same amount of hours. Someone will always be better than you at something but it doesn't mean your not good.

I'm not saying you don't face adversity in your life, but it's very different when you are being treated differently simply because of your skin color, and certain people are mad that you're in different spaces they feel like you shouldn't be.

My first overseas flight years ago was on Ethiopian Airlines. All Black flight crew (Pilots and Flight Attendants) It was the best flight I've ever had! The flight was calm and peaceful, the food and drinks served were delicious . The warm towels that they give you in the morning to freshen your face was on point. The flight attendants all looked like they could be models, absolutely beautiful, and the movie selections during the flight were entertaining.
Alhamdulilah my countries airline gave u that treatment u hear me 💯🖤🖤

Please present your proof and stats? Pilots all go through rigorous testing to qualify so why don’t believe black pilots can do less to qualify. The Airline industry is one of the strictest industries.

No more is this true look at the company mission statement for American Airlines just this year. Their goal this year isn’t a higher the best pilots. It’s diversity meaning that they’re looking to hire a bunch of DEI candidates who don’t qualify other than filling that box quota of the right skin color. We need to go back to hiring people on the merits of their job classifications and not something that you have no control over like skin color

Not true. I worked as orthodontic assistant for about 20yrs. Worked with both white and black doctors. The black doctors were the worst at their profession. Very few doctors were good at what they did, white or black. But the black doctors were more concerned about making money and Rolex watches than patient care.
Always get a 2nd opinion before having any major medical work done.
I am not trying to bash all black doctors, I know there are good ones as well. Just relaying my personal experience.

I took a flight to Myrtle Beach a few years ago. I noticed that the flight was the smoothest I've been on. Didn't even feel the landing at all. As I was getting off the plane I saw the pilot was black. I said to myself that's it.
