Our culture, identity, and way of life has been stripped away and our sisters and mothers have been raped while our fathers n brothers have been put into bondage. We have to lift these curses. The guilt shame and blame. The hatred and colonized way of thinking. Shall all my brothers and sisters prosper and blossom into the pure and natural person they truly are which is love. For a long time I've been very hesitant and even scared to reach out to my ancestors but as I was mediating two came up to me one was doing the chant and the other was shaking a necklace going along with the music. She put one over my neck and then another necklace. The man continued to chant and at the end the woman gave me a large gold crown! She looked at me and said "you have the power, and we are now here" I cried and said thank you. This is the best thing I could have done and I'm no longer afraid!!!

Question... is it normal that I seen my tribes in my meditation? I knew who they were though. Cousins, Aunt,Great-Grandma,Great-Great-Great grandma and Great-Great-Great Grandfather. We danced, my appearance changed(hair and clothes) and we danced. When I first entered into the mediation my aunt and grandmother walked towards me, my aunt grabbed my head and screamed(but it felt welcoming) I was given a crystal by my Grandfather during the meditation

I listened to this twice, first was just listening and the other was mediation. For a long time I've been very hesitant and even scared to reach out to my ancestors but as I was mediating two came up to me one was doing the chant and the other was shaking a necklace going along with the music. She put one over my neck and then another necklace. The man continued to chant and at the end the woman gave me a large gold crown! She looked at me and said "you have the power, and we are now here" I cried and said thank you. This is the best thing I could have done and I'm no longer afraid!!!

Question... is it normal that I seen my tribes in my meditation? I knew who they were though. Cousins, Aunt,Great-Grandma,Great-Great-Great grandma and Great-Great-Great Grandfather. We danced, my appearance changed(hair and clothes) and we danced. When I first entered into the mediation my aunt and grandmother walked towards me, my aunt grabbed my head and screamed(but it felt welcoming) I was given a crystal by my Grandfather during the meditation
