Same!! I've been very focused on my nervous system health, but yeah chores and work have to be done. My automatic response is doing them in a stressed/hurried state, but I keep reminding myself to take it slow. Today I was editing a photoshoot with their music on the background & found myself in an amazing flow (while editing + the rest of the day)❤
For two weeks I have added this to my daily routine, Monday-Friday plays in the background all day. This is going to be part of my routine for Life as long as this beautiful young lady and man want to continue to share their spiritual beauty with the world.

Focus on the present moment and trust that your body knows what it is doing, share gratitude for it. Trust that you are good where you are in this moment and that you will be able to move forward when you're body wants to. For now it wants your attention, your love, your peace, your trust. Your presence. It wants to connect with you. Try to avoid word like chroni*. That implies that you think that you won't heal, and everything you think and say is energy too. What you say about yourself implies that you maybe identify with those aspects that you perhaps consider as bad. But they are only here to tell you something. Nothing is good or bad. It just is.
After sharing this with you I also want to say that I feel you a lot, I've experienced the same. It is okay. I love you dearly my angel ❤ you'll come out on the other side where the light shines brighter ❤
