Our ancestors went through a lot to get us here and I truly believe that we hold some of the trauma and the pain within our bloodlines. So listening to ancestral music helps heal those wounds and show respect to those who got us here today.

I couldn't stop crying, as if I was releasing something that no longer belonged and outdated. There was so much trapped emotion and energy that I tried to numb myself from, but felt a burst of feeling lighter and left my shoulders that I carried for along time 😢😢 thank you, you don't know how honored to find you ❤

Wow I was so emotional listening to this in the morning getting ready for work. I feel my body gently moving side to side like hands on me moving me. I asked my shaman ancestors and spirit guides to heal me and I feel their presence with me. ❤
I prepared a cleansing bath, got into and played this. Any heavy energy that was on me disintegrated. I was able to get words from my ancestors while in a relaxed state. I will be using this in my practice daily as it reminds me of my native heritage
