In this week's episode we head to a Location that's not that far from me, its about 20 mins north of worcester, it shocks me how i actually miss these locations whilst looking through google maps, The amount of locations i miss from looking past them is unreal. So this particular location was a fantastic find courtesy of my good friend Neil, We find a mk2 ford fiesta popular, a Saab 99 a couple vauxhall Chevettes and many more, This was a really cool explore, Thanks so much for taking the time out to watch my video.. Mate, as a kid growing up in Surrey in the early 70s, it was always my mission to find what I called as an eight year old, 'Bashed Up Cars'. I would ride my bike mikes and miles through 'orrible weather to see some. Your weekly vids are just an extension of my childhood! So tanx for that.....
Btw, my first car in the US was a Chevy Chevette. What a piece of junk. Lasted about three weeks before I blew it up!
Honestly brother you've made my morning (comment pinned) Thank you for watching, i've never grown up tbh haha always been on the hunt for cool stuff to find, it was different back when we were kids a lot less stress and way more fun, but at least like you say we can keep that passion alive by trying to keep doing things like this, So thank you for being such a cool part of the imstokze family.
There used to be scrap yards all over the place once upon a time. Me and my cousin were always climbing fences, trees and the like to gain access. We didn't get up to mischief just had fun exploring old cars, buses and lorries. 56 now and I miss those days! Everything seems so sterile now!
I saw an early model black Mitsubishi GTO,twin turbo model too, that had been sat in a driveway for years by the looks of it, I approached the elderly couple twice, offered them cash both times turned down “Our son is gonna fix it up one day”, it’s still there 5 years later.
They will wait until it’s rotten into the ground then overprice the F out of it, then be confused why nobody wants it anymore,people like that boil my piss, just sell it and give it to someone who will appreciate it!
Yep know where a split screen VW Beetle is knocked on it 5 times.. always told same thing belongs to my son.. he’s gonna do it up.. still there 30 years later !

Morning all, some lovely motors today. Love a Vauxhall chevette, my mate had a two tone brown and beige chevy, really good fun as they had rear wheel drive🤣👌🏼

6:13 The road tax on the blue mk1 Fiesta ROG338Y expired 27 years ago on the 1st December 1996. It was only on the road for 14 years having been registered 27th Oct 1982. So very sad that someone just parked them up, potentially to get them back on the road when they weren't as busy but they never got sorted out.
I wonder what the Tipo’s like. Being galvanised, it might be in a better shape than it otherwise could be.
I had a marina super same color. I had to hold the drivers door shut by sitting on a piece of rope tied to the handle. I think I paid £100 for her about 30 years ago .
Not one but TWO 2 door Chevettes???? The guys wanting a HSR replica must be absolutely drooling! AC Delco were sponsors of Jimmy McRae in a Manta 400 at one time. That big pantheon right beside a 60s Austin A40...😮 Did the hated status of the Marina extend to tge Ital? Shell OK? MkV Cortina? Nice finds, well done!

Absolutely fantastic brilliant video stokzey totally craziness again I'm heart broke those should all be saved when I was a kidd my folks had a Morris marina and I always loved the style of it and those Chevete are beautiful a time when we could make cars total different class then to the rubbish that's on the road now brilliant

Old pal of mine had a Marina exactly the same as that one, same colour too, he was flirting with the idea of doing a robbery as he was in debt but didn't have the bottle, we got pulled over one night by the traffic division as something was dangling down under the car, the police were friendly enough up until they asked what was in the boot ?
My mate opened it totally forgetting about the contents, ski mask - replica firearm - boiler suit - duct tape.
We both spent 3 days in custody while they ran various checks on us and if any robberies had been done recently.
That memory always springs into life when I see a feckin Orange Marina

I had a Marina Coupe as my second car in the mid eighties… was almost as rusty as that one underneath.. I realised how bad it was is when I jacked it up for the first time and it went straight through the floor….
Wow that brought back memories of my childhood in the late 70's our family car was a Morris Marina exactly the same colour as your find.

My first car was a festa 1.1 pop plus , never sure what was plus about it though .

The Citroen AX is a Cornish car a was first registered in Truro (VRL) same as my work colleague who has a 97 Volvo estate 940 redblock and his reg ends with (ERL)....but alot of people like to have private reg's ending with CV in Cornwall, its a south-west thing 😁
Reading plates is the best way to spot a local from an emmet, WK is a popular prefix amongst transporter fans.

I remember back in the late 80,s when I started my first job at 16 one of the lads I worked with had a chevette and I had a drive of it once I passed my test and it was a great little car .

Some great finds there Stu, especially the Chevettes!! My friend has a Morris Marina Jubilee, only 5 left on the road if memory serves. He's had it over 20 years and has never failed an MOT since he had it. Brings her out every summer 😍Not sure why they were voted Britain's worst car 🤔 Any chance of a funds update? As always, keep the rubbish coming Stu 😉💜
I had a marina jubilee years ago i later found out the next owner ran into a lamp post with it . Anyway tracked it down to a local scrap yard and took the jubilee badge of the N/S/F wing and have kept it to this day.

I had a marine coupe super back in 1990'ish.. the rear axle decided to fall off going round a long sweeping bend in the road and it threw me into some crash barriers on the opposite side of the road and that was the end of the marina
