they should totally do some sort of rugged Caleb jacket/coat. I think it would be cool with internal pockets big enough for books and like a liner that looks a bit like his scarf(s).

I love when interviewers actually let the interviewees talk and answer their questions in depth. Genuinely so refreshing to just listen to Laura's answer without needing to be frustrated because she's interrupted every 2 seconds!
It may be a bit niche, but I want them to do the Xhorhassian coat that Caleb started wearing as his main coat. The description of it sounds genuinely good and I would want to see one in real life.
A quality version of something like that would be several hundred dollars.

I was thinking wow, I've never seen Laura being so relaxed when talking about merch and then the anouncement question came, and the "kid who just now realised they had homework and the teacher called their name" energy came out, and the world made sense again. Also, I know so many people who would wear the Imogen suspenders.
And with the video game, I'm a 3d Character artist and honestly working on a CR game would be a dream job. I've already gotten a head start and I am working on Orym, so I'm ready to go. :))

Imagine if Larian and CR came out and said they are basically taking BG3 but setting it in Exandria and a new original game and a mixture of previous CR characters you can recruit into your party.... fans would literally lose their S#!t

This was such a great interview! Love hearing the BTS of any aspect of CR whether it’s the merch, the stream, the animated shows - and we got a bit of everything! Caitlin, you asked such great questions AND showed how much of a critter you are, it was such a good balance! And I love how many times Laura stopped and was like “hold on that’s a great point you just made”

CR could probably make a killing selling cosplay kits. Like, here’s the Imogen cosplay kit. It’s a pack of basically an official version of Imogen’s entire base outfit. Could even sell the individual pieces.

This is such a great interview! Really insightful questions that prompted interesting answers, and it seemed like a genuinely fun conversation. (and I appreciated that the interviewer asked a Mighty Nein series question that allowed room for a real answer without "jokingly" pressuring Laura for information that she's not able to give yet)

One thing I would really love to see maybe even for next campaign, or this one, or even the mighty nein 👀. That instead of or in an addition to an art book maybe character journals. Kind of like talks machina or four sided dive, at the end of each episode you all write a quick journal of your characters thoughts and feelings. That way at the end of the campaign or on a rewatch we can follow along and really feel what each character is feeling. That's the real beauty of this form of media. 😊 Love you guys!

Why is this editing and compositing 1/10

Its glitchy as shit and none of the pictures align with what's on screen, and at some parts it speeds up for no reason.
I'm getting increasingly annoyed that most conversations about CR are just merch advertising. I'm cool with the merch and advertising in general (I'm in Marketing) but the show we love just isn't talked about and the episodes becoming much much fewer than ever is getting kind of out of hand. At some point the product that sells the merch needs prioritization. Even talking about the series didn't happen until almost the end of the 26 minutes. I feel like I got click-baited.
Well, in this case, it is an interview specifically about the fashion show.
So "grittier" means more cursing probably. So nothing significant.
More clothes means significantly overpriced merch. Yay. Anyway.
I hope it isn't more cursing cuz shows with blatant foul language where every other word is a "f***" or "s***" just isn't appealing cause its like is teenager talking. 🙄 Sure foul language is fine but I like it more when it serves the story rather than existing for the sake of making things edgy.
Perhaps the "gritty" parts are showing more of Caleb's backstory and more shock factor gore/violence. Maybe even making it themed as a dark fantasy rather the high fantasy we got for Vox Machina 🤔
Clothes must be super cheap where you live. Where I live everything is expensive from clothes to board games. I don't see it being too expensive.
The destruction of all the merch and all the other shows CR is involved with has brought down the quality of the show. It's embarrassing when the likes of Tellison and Ashley can't even be bothered to read their own character sheets slowing down the games making bad decisions
Embarrassing that you cant even spell the casts names, and "destruction of merch" makes no sense.
CR fans truly are something else, watching 25 minutes of ads and thinking it's okay lmao..
