Motion sickness is a common problem in people traveling by car, train, airplanes and especially boats. Motion sickness can start suddenly, with a queasy feeling and cold sweats. It can then lead to dizziness and nausea and vomiting.
Your brain senses movement by getting signals from your inner ears, eyes, muscles and joints. When it gets signals that do not match, you can get motion sickness. For example, down below on a boat, your inner ear senses motion, but your eyes cannot tell you are moving.
Where you sit can make a difference. The front seat of a car, forward cars of a train, upper deck on a boat or wing seats in a plane may give you a smoother ride. Looking out into the distance - instead of trying to read or look at something in the vehicle - can also help.

May be the problem will occur when the brain is experiencing difficulty to interpret the motion that requires body balancing. But if you frequently riding a ship, car or airplane the muscles memory for balancing helps the brain to interpret the motion that requires body balancing. Most people don't experience sea sickness when they are riding a motorcycle or bicycle beacause the muscles memory for balancing is actively working to signal the brain to interpret the motion. May be that's the same reason when you regularly riding a ship or other vehicles the sea sickness is slowly disappearing but it will return if you stops riding a vehicle for a couple of days.

How does upper deck in the boat help you avoid motion sickness? Upper deck is higher from the water, so you feel the roll of the vessel stronger. Being at very center and down in the Vessel may help, because the center point rolls less.

When you sit for a longer period of time and you feel dizzy is mainly cause of low blood.. Take a CBC test and see your Haemoglobin lv, RBC,etc

i play basketball and when my team drives whit a bus i get always sick i vomit but when we go to a trip whit my class whit another bus i never get sick or even when i drive in a car id dont get dick its just that team bus

Kind of this happens to me, it is actually the bus driver not the bus (he drives bad) or the small of the bus, or it could be both of these reasons ! And you need to check the trip distance if its long or short and check it the driver knowledge of the roads that will help in a smoother ride ! and you can have pills to help you not to get motion sickness if it is severe.
