I like the way you just produce a repair panel and slot it in, it makes me smile. I can appreciate the time and skill it takes to produce such an item, especially the boot floor around the wheel well 👌. I'd love to see the mot mans face when he realizes wtf has been done here, he'll need some smelling salts. That bender you made certainly came in handy, quality job 👍

Another great video - nice bit of fabrication on that inner rear quarter panel and the rear step - a tricky panel to make by hand with all those folds.

Your fabrication skills are excellent! How do you find the weld through primer holds up to rust?

I was wondering if vehicles in your country are prone to extreme rust due to your weather conditions and salt on the roads?

Yes that is the reason....mostly salt in the winter.
