My coffee journey with Delonghi started in 2017 when mom bought Magnifica S for us, in 2021 I was able to move out, bought Magnifica S Smart with discount coupons and for this Christmas I bought this beauty, so few things I noticed, when it grinds coffee and pumps it out it sounds like Primadonna we had at work, also it has 19 bars as Primadonna, at this point I suspect it is smaller cheaper plastic sister of Primadonna, since even coffee of same brand taste similar when done on Dinamica Plus. Seriously, I stopped the video to check the comments about the missing G. Frustrating 😂
For a coffee expert, I’m shocked no co worker has corrected you for how it’s pronounced :/
Delonghi should have put in the option to upload a photo to your profile on the machine over wifi. Just select your photo and make a coffee you programmed. I can't believe they haven'y thought of that.
Just got my machine and all the coffees it makes is extremely watery with no deep coffee flavor. Replaced a Nespresso machine for this which made better quality drinks. Will be returning this
Surprising as it has more room in the grinder for more coffee than a Nespresso. that is unfortunate to hear.
Did you buy directly from delonghi? I am having the same issues and was unsure of return policy. Quite bummed with the machine.
@@shearollings hi. Yes. I did two video conference calls with them to show what is happening because I really wanted to love it. Such a beautiful machine with all the features I was looking for. They told me that it’s not supposed to come out watery and we tried several things including increasing strength and changing grind setting and nothing worked. Will be contacting them Monday when they open to return. On the fence whether I will be buying another. What about you?
@@nikekaiju sorry to hear that it must be faulty. When you get one that work you will think WOW
@@nikekaiju what did you end up doing?
