Plot twist: he's so paranoid he invents time travel, goes back to guard his mom the day he's supposed to be born, distracts the doctor and causes his baby self to be thrown into the trash compactor.

There's no money, there's no furniture, everything breaks down daily, they're not married, the dad is a schizophrenic who dies in a home fire, wild animals control the backyard, there's no lights, the kid has no friends and has developed a coping mechanism, people are just robbing them in broad daylight, everything's covered in thin layer of water and the mom has to work every single day just to pay for food. Truly, a modern day documentary on our most vulnerable members of society.

Bro the shit about the break rooms at work is so spot on because at the place I used to work at there were all these appliances that would be useful and make working there suck a little bit less (like a microwave, vending machine, etc.) but literally EVERYTHING IS BROKEN and the only thing that works is the fridge which I can’t use because there is no space in there since it’s like a slightly big mini fridge. It felt like they just hated us because they have those things there to trick you into thinking it’s a good break room
