I have gained more weight after my surgery 2021 and now falling back into THM, I have both cookbooks you have as well. Thank you for this video. I am looking forward to planning out my meals as well. Costco is my favorite.
I hope you had a good recovery! I’m in the process of making more THM videos with dinner ideas/drinks/single meal options etc. I hope they help and have fun at Costco! They just brought back the laughing cow cheese at my Costco and I was sooo happy! 😁
Yes, I’ve been doing it for a few years. I’m more or less in maintenance mode now. Very easy to get back on track when I notice a little bit of a gain when I go off plan for awhile. Super easy to follow and super easy to make it work for family too!
I absolutely love it! I’ve been cooking from their books for about 6 years now and I just think they are so delicious! Plus, sugar free and gluten free. About 2/3s of my family are gluten-free so it’s helpful to have family recipes that work for everyone.
sorry but I love your throw pillows would have fit great with my spring decor! Ok back to this collab lol! THM has good recipes I have a few friends who follow this lifestyle. Looks like you have a great system! So glad you joined in!
I'm working on the THM since I now have some restrictions based on what my body can break down. One thing is corn, and that is in EVERYTHING!! I didn't think that would be so hard! But I'm noticing that most of the THM recipes don't have corn. Yay!
Definitely! I think it’s because when you work mostly from scratch it’s a lot easier. Most pre-made things use corn (in some form). And they build almost everything from scratch. 😊
@@TheHappyHomeschooler Hoping to get the hang of it. I dislike prepping and cooking and would much rather not be in the kitchen... haha!!! Maybe I'll learn to enjoy it.
Good video. I meal plan a month of dinners at a time; I put the page numbers on our whiteboard too, so helpful! I love only going to Sam’s Club once a month!
Thanks! Super helpful 😊
So glad to hear that!

I've heard of trim healthy mama but didn't know much about it. I loved watching your video on the meals you make from it.

Haha, thank you! I bought them last week and love them!
I've heard of THM, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm a huge fan of omelets, though.
They have delicious omelet recipes! 👩🏻🍳🍳
THM meal planning, thank you for this!! Ive been a homeschooler for years but have never seen your channel before. Happy to find you!
Sweetie on steroids is my daughter and my favorite go to lunch!
Oh thank you! ❤️
Ild love to see more what you eat in a week on THM
Yes! So yummy and if you triple it, you can do it as dinner. I’ve done that before as well. :)

Oh wow, a whole month! That’s impressive. I may start expanding my meal planning to go more like 4 weeks, it sounds relaxing to have it planned out.
Just found you and I love your simple easy attitude. Thanks for the inspiration. I subscribed and look forward to future videos. :)
Thank you so much Jessica! That’s very sweet of you. 😊❤️
