Sorry if anyone's having trouble killing the Destroyer or if the info in the video wasn't clear enough. If you're having issues with Wyverns spawning, just build a bit lower. Wyverns only spawn in space, and it can be a bit tricky to tell where the sky ends and space starts. If the Destroyer is spawning in the wrong spot, it might be because of some other construction or floating islands getting in the way. Different world sizes can change the number and height of floating islands, which can mess with the Destroyer's spawn location.
@@MiddleOfMid When it comes to potions, it's pretty simple. Start with the basics: Regeneration, Ironskin, and Swiftness Potions. Adding Endurance, Wrath, Life Force, and Rage Potions helps a lot too. Make sure to grab some food that gives the Exquisitely Stuffed buff, maybe an Ale or a Sake, and a Greater Luck Potion to boost your DPS a bit. The rest depends on your class, your accessories, and especially the type of arena you built.

The Destroyer makes debuffs weapons and non-piercing weapons redundant. It's terrifying on Legendary Mode especially because the Destroyer has 204000 HP and the head deals 743 Damage. you might have built too close to a floating island. Depending on the world size, these islands can vary in height, potentially causing the Destroyer to spawn based on the blocks above it
Depending on the direction the Destroyer spawns, the damage can vary a lot. So, before summoning the Destroyer, save the game. That way, if the strategy doesn't work, just hit Alt + F4, and you won't lose the resources you spent.
@@ozboza You could try Soltt's method, but close the app immediately if it doesn't work. I play on Mobile, so for me it's far different, and it's probably easier to just open the running apps tab and swipe Terraria off (basically the only application I run to save battery). One thing I know will work (because I have done the process) is to just... die. Immediately after dying, just close the app and restart. The system automatically saves player data upon death, whether autosave is active or not, and it doesn't save world data. You will keep your statistics the same as what they were when you died, including the fact that you just tossed a few dozen dynamite sticks (and consequently don't have them anymore). You can just buy more Dynamite by putting a Life Crystal through a Death-Save Loop to Duplicate them, to sell to NPCs. I tend to buy dynamite 150-400 at a time, spending about 1-2 Platinum coins for excavation reasons. One thing I know is that since I don't close while saving, I never got any data corrupted in the process, so after having done it at least a hundred times, I think it's perfectly safe, but really boring to exploit duplicate stuff.

build walls behind the arena
how am i meant to build up that high without being constantly attacked by harpies and wyverns?
