Very space efficient. Consideration to details of comfort and color, very appealing. The challenge of sleeping in a pickup cab has been forever, you make it look appealing to try to do my own build thanks!
We have a Nissan Titan too. I enjoyed seeing what is possible. Right now, we live in an RV and moved out of a van build. I was thinking of turning the Titan into a woman cave to grant me space from my family. I might go the no build route in case we need to use the cab for passengers.
Very nice build, beautiful truck. Thanks so much for sharing. I’ve been able to learn a bit from all of these videos people are sharing, but I have to say I really am impressed with your. Nicely done!
Nice work and great ideas on your truck build! I've been watching your recent videos and now I see how you ended up liking to do van builds. Your work is beautiful. I see that you did what I keep intending to do on my reflectix window covers. Lately when I'm camping I think "I need to put a peeky flap on my window covers."
I wanted you to do this before I bought my van but disengaged due to my truck being 23 years old and having over 200k miles on it. Good idea definitely for a new truck though! 👍 ~Jim~
Love watching this Jonnie! Absolutely brilliant!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍 I recently fixed up my Jeep Cherokee for my camping travels! I took my backseats out and I now have a very nice comfortable camping/sleeping living setup! I purchased a Clam tent for my outdoor sitting area as needed! I need to get moving on that video also to post on UA-cam! Loving your setup! Great ending with your drone footage!! Thank you for sharing! Take care! 👍😘🙏🏻
I love your set up! I have 2020 f150. The back seat flips up. I’ve been thinking out making a sleeping area like yours or just sleep on the floor with seats up. Your set up could potentially give me more storage area.
Good job on the sleeper cab, might look into doing that myself. I understand the new f150 (2021) will have a passenger "lay flat" sleeper seat. But yours may be better.
That's a great set up. I am wondering though, How do you get from the back to the drivers seat without exiting your your truck? Can you? I'm a truck-dweller myself and that's my biggest issue ;-) Thanks ☮️❤️🕉️
The setup is great. I like not having to buy shell for the back of my truck. They're to heavy and hard to get off. What kind of cooler to you bring along? I intend to get a tent to leave on campsite. Thanks
I appreciate a tour of inventory, but what I was looking for was how to build a bed, what do you do for a bathroom. A/C and heat. I can figure out where to put my own cookies.
You're lucky to be so short! I wonder if removing the back seat on a crew cab would allow me being 5 10 to sleep diagonally on a custom platform in the back...?
Been watching a ton of videos, and this one really clicked for me! Thank you very much for your demonstration. I’m new to all of this, and I’m looking at truck builds because I already have an F150. I see you’re doing van life... Would you recommend using my truck to start? Trying to work with what I have! Thanks again 😃
I have seen several people start out in a truck. For one person its doable. Sometimes you have to be creative using the bathroom if storming or middle of the night though.
This is by far the best cab setup. This is super stealthy
Thank you so much
Very impressive. I am thinking of doing the same with my GMC Sierra and your setup is by far the most inclusive I've seen.
thank you so much.
Some people spend their whole life dreaming of doing what you’re doing! My hat goes off to you for making it happen!
Thank you so much Londa 😊
One of the best put together setups on UA-cam.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. ❤
Like the motion lights with magnets, good idea
Thank you 👍
Hey Jonnie, nice use of a small space. Good idea to have an umbrella handy when it's rainy and you need to access under the seat!
Thanks Mark 🙂
Working my way through your older videos - love your truck ‘buildout’!
Thank you ❤
The motion sensing outside lights are sweet
They worked perfectly
@@JonniesJourney if you don’t mind where did you get them
Cool Truck build everything you need to go camping 👍👍
It was awesome having that to camp and travel. ❤ thanks for watching.

She should have her own channel!
LOL, IKR

That would be great. Everyone needs a little "me space"

Thank you so very much for your kind comment. Always glad when one of my videos help someone.

That's awesome. Thank you and good luck on your build

I love the flap so you don't have to take the whole thing out of the window. thanks for supporting the channel, I really appreciate it.
I'm planning on just taking.my backseat out permanently, but I got some good ideas from your video.
thanks Jason. good luck on your build
@@JonniesJourney Thanks
That is an impressive build. Everything is so professionally finished. Well done!
Thank you so much. Thanks for coming to the live last night.
Love this truck build
Thanks Judy
Motion sensor lights are a great idea
Thank you. Yes, I love them. Recently got some that are solar and much brighter
Johnny where did you get those motion sensor lights? Need a link!
I’m about to do a bed build for my 4 Dr Silverado...... Thank you! I’m going to use your build.... Great Set Up!
Thank you. I love how it is working out.
Thanks for sharing your sleeper. I’m currently unemployed and so moving into my truck seems very economical for the time being.
Oh man sorry about the Job. It is definitely doable.
You've come along way from this video!
I sure have Gwen. Crazy long way
Well done. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much Gary 😁

Thank you, I am now in a van but this served me well for some time. 🙂
I wanted you to do this before I bought my van but disengaged due to my truck being 23 years old and having over 200k miles on it. Good idea definitely for a new truck though! 👍 ~Jim~
I sure had some fun trips in that
Wow! The best setup that I have seen. Thanks so much.
Thank you so much and thanks for watching.

Thanks! I’m definitely trying the pool noodle tip & the look out “window” in the window covering. Great video!
So happy when I can give people ideas.
Nice sleeping/storage setup!
Best truck build I have seen Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much. I appreciate that. 😁
Nice setup. Titans rock! 132,000 miles on mine no problems runs strong.
Mine is an 08. 133,000. Great shape
I have a Titan too and did the same thing except I took out the back seats. Its a lot more spacious. I sleep like a baby back there.
awesome. thanks so much for watching.
Very inventive setup!
Thank you so much Margie.
I love how you maximized every space, & it looks neat! Love the spy flaps 👍
Thank you
Wow @Jonnie you’ve been building out stuff for ever. Lol 💕 nice job !! Go Seahawks!

I used it for quite a wile before getting a van. I had drawers in the bed that workd great for tons of storage
wow, ive dreamed of a shuttle bus build, vans and trucks confined.
Life is short. Do It... you won't regret it. Thanks so much for watching.
Nice Job young lady. Gave me some supper ideas

Absolutely 🙂
Nice job! QUESTION: where did you get the motion-sensing lights? Battery operated? Thanks in advance!
Battery operated and they came from Lowes. I spray painted them to match the truck.
@@JonniesJourney Great idea! 👍
Such a great idea! Thanks for the details!
Thank you so much! I’m going to use some of those ideas. The pool noodle was “genius”.
Thank you Jan.
Wow i love it i have the same setup on my ford f 150 you’re setup it’s beautiful pls more videos!

The van I was given had a dometic cooler in it. They work great.
Thanks for watching. Hope yours works out as well as my set up. Also feel safe inside the cab.
I also have a titan. Do you have the dimensions for the under-seat boxes and the boxes you used to keep the bed level?
Are you close to St. Louis. I have them in my garage and there yours if you want them. I bought a van and built it out.
Great ideas! Thank you for sharing!
This is close to what i have in mind but i want to take mine a whole lot further and it will be a permanent change to the cab of my truck
awesome. I would love to see it when it is finished
@@JonniesJourney if i can figure out how to upload videos by then I will.

I guess it depends on the truck size. It could work. Worth the try. Thanks for watching.
Hotshot truckers remove the factory door panels and make cutouts to allow their head and feet to fit into them.
great setup. thanks

How do you go to the toilet at night?
I used a freshette for #1 and prayed I never needed to go #2 🤣
My favorite UA-cam lesbian! Ily videos,!!!
Side note I assumed. No derogatory meant if your not a lesbian. 🥰
Your fine lol.
I realllly love this. Your hips didn’t sink down at all though?
I had smaller hips back then LOL....
This looks like a great way to stealth camp. How many times have you had it out?
How much did it cost in total to build that?
Right at $200 including mattress. Mattress, wood, material for curtains, screens, paint.
Love this video!!!
Love this! 👍
Thank you
Love The Video TY
Thanks James for watching
Sooo coool!!! I subscribed hehe
