Thank you for putting this video together. Of course BMW sends the parts with no instructions. I would have missed the tiny taped up hardware bundle if you hadn’t shown that! Your video made it super easy. I greatly appreciate your effort putting it together.

Thank you very much for your video. It explains how easy it is to assemble the parts. Without your help I would probably have hired the workshop and paid 150-200 €.

Thank you so much for posting your video. My purchase of the OEM radiator guards also did not come with any instructions. I was going to pay BMW to install. However when I watched your video it was extremely helpful. The only step I took different was to the lower fairing. I only removed the two lower screws on each side of the bottom fairing. Also thank you for pointing out thatvthere was a wire connected to the right side of the inner fairing. The guards look good installed on my 2021 s1000xr sport edition. Your video...SAVED ME MONEY!

Thank you for doing this video. I just got a new 22’ XR triple black and installed it today. Just as you showed! The only difference was there was no wire to disconnect on the top of the left side on the US model. Awesome job!

Excellent video, thanks. I had the instructions with the parts and was completely confused by them. I decided to ignore the instructions and follow your video. One thing I noticed is there's a couple of rubber pipes below the oil cooler on the left when sitting on the bike. You need to be careful not to get them trapped when putting it back together. Thanks again!

Thanks for the video. I will follow your introductions to do the job.
I'm still wondering why BMW didn't include this protector from manufacturing

Thanks.. I wanted an easy way to remove the thing for cleaning the radiators. Take out the 6 screws on the front, and two on each side on de side/bottom, and it slides out as stated. Noticed in the process BMW had not fitted one side correctly

great video! I was reluctant to attempt it because all over the forums you hear how hard it is. I too only took off the two lower screws on each side of the bottom fairing. The frame slid right out. The screws they now use make it so much easier to reinstall (THANK YOU BMW!). That used to be the hardest part. Fits nice and tight and looks great. OEM is the only way to go and the cheapest as well!
