- Viva San Fermín! We went to the festival for the opening ceremonies, ran with the bulls THREE TIMES, attended a bullfight, and met some cool people. Check out our San Fermín adventure!

San Fermin is supposed to protect the Mozos who are running then why is someone gored and or trampled every year?

Hi! We hope you enjoyed the rest of the video! We certainly had a great time in Pamplona, and we intend to return in the future.
We address your concern in the description, where we clarify we are talking about the colloquial term "Basque Country" as the historical greater Basque region, which encompasses the geography of the former Basque kingdoms, including the Autonomous Community of Basque Country, Navarre, and the Basque region of France.
Please refrain from missinforming people, Pamplona is in Navarre (autonomous community), Navarre is not Basque Country, neither is Pamplona. Both autonomous communities are in Spain, everyone who doesn't say so is apart of the Basque nationalist movement and some of them like to tell lies to tourists so they try to get them to believe their nationalist fantasies.
Not that hard to use a map or just checking google. There's a current basque radical nationalist move that wants to anex Navarre to Euskadi, but that's illegal and will not happen.
As of now due to the amount of Basque people moving to Pamplona and Navarre as a whole, translations are being made on signs in Pamplona to the Basque language.

We were not referring to the autonomous community, but the greater Basque region, but we do apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
We are both well-read on the radical and separatist movements in the region, as well as the 1978 Spanish constitution's statement on the matter as it pertains to Navarre as an autonomous community. We are not providing any political or social commentary on that subject intentionally.

@@TheGreatGallivanting For the next time, refrain from identifying Pamplona as Basque Country. Since it is not well seen by the people that live there. They have been fighting off these radicals for years and this definitely doesn't help. Thank you.
