This was great. In Scripture, there are situations prescribed and others described. The actions of Lot (offering his daughters in order to protect his guests)would fall under the category of, described. A trusted teacher recently wrote about Paul's 'command' for women not to teach men n the mandatory wearing of a head covering. I sure would like to understand this controversial topic better. Brad was spot on with his comnent about having multiple wives. 😅 Selah! He brought so much humor, and great teaching.
Thinking about the multiple wives portion of the Torah portion, how it would possibly apply today is those that have gone through a divorce and have remarried and their first wife is now unloved, I think to apply the scripture today is that one cannot treat the first unloved wife’s son as if he wasn’t born. Just a thought of how it could apply today not saying that people should divorce and remarry, but because we have that happening today, the Lord is protecting the firstborn child of the situation.
Thank you Bill ❤ .

Paul goes on to say to wear the head covering on account of the angels. I think this ties back with Gen 6, Jude and II Peter :)
