For those of you who aren't handloading literate, you can use a slow burning powder (much slower than that used in factory ammo) that will take advantage of the extra 12 inches of barrel length and easily add 400-500 fps of velocity. Factory ammo is loaded with relatively fast burning powder since they assume the barrel length will be in the 4-5" range but if you use a slow burning powder, it will continue to accelerate the slug all the way down the 16" barrel. The PT government with ideology (socialist/communist) has been in power ever since and fights against the possibility of citizens owning weapons and makes it as difficult as possible for them to acquire them. The homicide and robbery rates have been increasing a lot since 2005 and today it is alarming. At the time, the disarmament law forced good citizens to hand over all their weapons. However, only criminals and drug dealers can easily obtain weapons here, and citizens are arrested if they shoot a criminal who is invading their home, even if they have a legalized weapon.
