    All brand new non stick pan is easy to clean. Use it for a month you will see a big difference.

      Because people use metal utensils on them. Always use plastic on a non stick pan. Also clean with a soft sponge

    That pan works the same way as the Copper Chef and the Gotham Steel pans. Good for a couple of months and then everything sticks like crazy. I learned from experience. Nothing beats a couple of well seasoned cast iron pans for non-stick cooking.

    I think the directions say to pre season the pan with oil.. And to only use wood or silicon or non metal utensils?

      Kram Llewop I've owned non stick my whole life and almost every one says to oil pan once before use and periodically if food starts to stick during lifetime of pan

    Almost any nonstick pan will work for a couple weeks or so. The big test is how they perform after a few months.

    Aren't you supposed to put oil in these first,heat it up then clean the pan before you use it?for it to work non stick?

    Its best you use metal utensils on that non stick pan . Scraping the metal nonstick surface of the pan really gives good flavor.

    I find that food direct on a heated surface burns, a small amount of oil creates a barrier and stops the food burning. With eggs a small amount of oil stops the rubbery effect you get.

    Has it been raining? I use only Woll titanium pan`s . Woll frying pan is also approved for Dishwasher.

    Seems like this pan is better than Red Copper, because I used Red Copper pan, and it even sticks with oil. I would have to scrape it off some how.
