Hello ☺ Your beautiful shiny black hair puts Elizabeth Bennet into the shade Emmie, all you need is a bonnet. Lovely to see Spring awakening with all the wee baby ducks 🦆 and lambs🐑. Love your enthusiasm for nature 🦊🦅🐿🐝🐞. A real nature cure for the soul .... Sending love light and blessings once again. Take care xx
Of the 100’s of narrowboat vlogs that I have watched this one is my all time favorite. I ❤ Jane Austin and to get to see Pemberley outside of a movie scene is a real treat. Thank you for taking us along with you on your journey, Miss Bennet and Mr Darcy.
Hello, we loved being in your video and feel very famous now :) As Stu was saying that the people dressed up were enthusiasts, I was saying they were bonkers haha We hope that Lia Sparklepig and Paul Prawn are enjoying life aboar Annie. Hope to see you again one day xxxx
lovely video. i have been watching your journey from the start for the past week or so. finally caught up now. i would love to live and travel in some sort of tiny home in the future. whether its vanlife or narrowboat life... i love the idea of living with less stuff and not having to stay in one place all of the time. i was wondering which 3 things that are not essential could you not be without? mine would be my earphones, books & my heated blanket. i can imagine myself living on a boat in winter with a stew on top of the stove cooking away some freshly baked bread a book in my hands curled up in front of the fire in peace and quiet in the middle of the countryside... i think the only thing i would miss would be the on demand water and power.... but i wouldnt miss the bills for those 😂😂
Thank you! Glad to have you with us. We got rid of about 70-80% of our stuff, fur us we found it quite freeing and we haven't had many occasions when we missed something we got rid of. We sometimes both want a little more space for things, but usually if it is important we make space or get rid of something. We might do a video at some point around moving aboard, what we found, what we changed and how we adjusted (and keep adjusting). Thank you for watching. X
Hello! Emmie here adding on to this ☺️ my 3 things are books, art supplies and flannels. I was going to say my phone/internet but I decided they are essential 😅 they are essential for keeping in touch and for work anyway. I hope you live your tiny home dreams! X
@@bobbing_along hi emmie...i had the same debate about my phone being one... i decided it was an essential too. i deffinatly dont think i would miss much if i had to thin out my belongings. there is obviously things like photographs and a few keepsakes etc that i would want to keep hold of but generally i do better if i have a good book to read or if i want to block out the world for a bit my earphones and a podcast, music or youtube. as long as im warm and have a good book and food im usually happy 😂😂
Mr Darcy & Miss Bennett, you looked as though you had a brilliant time! I'd be tempted to dress up too to go to Lyme Park. Now I want to watch Pride & Prejudice again 🙈 The knitted prawn is very cute, as is the pig! Have a great week 🤎
Thank you! We did have a lot of fun! I suspect that if you did dress up for Lyme Park you wouldn't be alone! We did watch Pride and Prejudice before we went, as it seemed like the right and proper thing to do! X

We did a tour some years back of a Brunel built tunnel. There were so many people in stove pipe hats! They were having fun so good for them! Thanks for watching! X
