I have the same Zoom Fly Flyknit at 4:50 🤩 I love that shoe. I've even got a brand new pair in cream with a hint of red and blue those are for summer only. C'mon Coleeee!
@@_Tp___ The Zoom Fly 3 onwards weren't great, they got a lot heavier. This was a nice shoe to run in and a lot more durable than the Vaporfly. I suppose now you can get Takumi's cheap etc there's better options, but this is a style classic.
I feel like when we’re not looking forward to a run, we are more relaxed and less outcome focused (other than getting it done) which makes the run more enjoyable with less tension!
