Do not rush back!! Getting out running is more important for your mental health than smashing session after session not recovering and getting injured, especially with your injury record! Be smart! Best of luck

Isn't it great how when one door is closed temporarily through injury, you have found passions in other sports, and in the long run (pardon the pun), they will benefit your running as your body will be stronger in other areas. I think it is the way forward for longevity with running - cross training just stops you getting bored, prevents overtraining one part of your body and is just better for your mental health I think. Good work!
@@ColeRunning I've just started running again after being traveling overseas for 2 months. Apart from walking, I didn't do any exercise while I was away so I am soooo unfit and weak. I'm up to 20km of very easy running volume this week. Perhaps I'll add in some of your new exercises to my program to keep things interesting while I'm on the come back trail 🤙💪

I would recommened Astanga Yoga. Its one af the less slow yogas. You stay in each postion for 5 breaths (or 10 for later) postions.
