I remember being led to you all last year on my journey of exercise. Trying to lose my mommy weight. But didn't try until this year , yesterday to be exact. I found you all to be so uplifting and healing to my spirit. I actually started weeping during this workout. It felt like a release of pent up energy. I thought about how connected I felt. How at one point I truly was trying to trace my roots. The younger generations like Millennials such as myself, are the first generations going through identity crisis. Not knowing our native tongue and tribes. I find myself just praying to God because it's music and spirits like yours that has me feeling super connected ❤ It is important that African American women and women all over the world, continue to embrace and get the opportunity to experience spirits like you all❤I'm going to continue to stick with you all. And one day God willing, my little daughter and I will travel to Africa and experience the ancestors beautiful fruits and people ! Thank you all so much for sharing your wisdom, truth and spirits with the world ❤ You all are the full embodiment of God, love, hope and change ❤ Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! ❤

My kids laugh when I dance around the house and talk about my old club partying days back in the 90's! Lol. I use to be in an African dance group way back in elementary school too.
