I using 3c/9a/8s on this account. But if you want to concentrate on both pvp and PvE I suggest 3c/12a, it's the best balance for both pvp/PvE.

12a/3c/5s unless you have an armor of 40health ( and above) + 5% resist, or else you will be in disadvantage in pvp.
In pvp i felt accuracy perks play a big part in landing the shots, especially in those long distance ones. That's why I prefer 3/9/8 for pvp. But if you plan to play PvE, then 12/8 gives you additional crit damage + loot chance.

He have been commenting a lot back then on my youtube videos, although I don't think I have met him in game yet. Likely because he plays in US server or our timing doesn't matched. 😅
