The patio villa in Duval that sold for $232K via auction seems to be a good deal...great location. I wonder if that home had the original roof & original AC?
I don’t know for sure but I’m guessing that everything was original and needed replacing. Definitely a “ fixer upper “ but possible to get an almost new home for a little less when the work is done. I agree with you about the location. Duval is a well placed
No chemo today! I've been wondering what was happening where the Hacienda CC used to be. Do you think they'll be custom builds or spec homes? It would be nice to be able to build your choice of floor plan in an existing area of The Villages. We've never been to Darrell's Diner, but we hear it's worth the trip! My daughter is big on the Patty Melt at TooJay's. Your food looks great! I loved that Oleander that you showed recently, but it's sold, ugh. Love the neutral colors on the Begonia, nicely updated! Someone else I watch on YT built a new home last year and she put ALL drawer bases on her lowers - It's the best thing ever! She has so much accessible storage. I love this week's HOTW! I usually do, LOL.
Hey Kit. The neighborhood is s Courtyard Villa area, 24 in all. I heard they are starting with the build in a couple of months.
I always seem to get the Patty Melt at Darrels. Cant Beat it 😊

Funny. When I turned 30, my then boyfriend and dear friend even today, told me it was a huge milestone that needed to be celebrated everyday. For one week, I received a gift each day. Oh, to be 30 again, but with my mature self. If only. What you get for your money just goes to show, if you price the property appropriately, it will sell and quite fast. I was craving a patty melt yesterday, but didn’t end up getting one. Soon. I need to choose the right place. They are my favorite burgers. I don’t generally get burgers because I can maybe eat 1/2 and I don’t eat leftover burgers. Just not good. I also ask for 4 French fries, but only because I hate to waste food. I either give them to my companion or another patron. I love the house of the week. I don’t care that it’s on a busy street. That could considered an asset. Great video as always.

Great video as usual. One suggestion, please ask Cameraman to put the list price and sold prices up last so we can get all the home info to try and guess the price before you show it.
