The Oak Ridge Boys are a perfect Example of what America really is, They have done more to bring joy to Americans than almost anyone else. Joe was a bright light in the darkness. The Road to Heaven can be long, filled with hills and valleys, lots of rocks and holes, Joe's journey is over, May he bask in the Glory of the Lord. We will miss You Joe
RIP Joe….Such an iconic artist as I grew up in the 70s, graduating from HS in 1980. The Oak Ridge Boys crossed music genres and we all sang along with the group “Elvira” and “Bobby Sue,” laughing as we had competitions over who could hit those high notes with Joe. There are people who might note that he didn’t have the highest tenor voice, but you couldn’t convince any of us young people…..singing along in the activity bus coming home from a basketball game or a tack meet. Our youth group at church out playing softball, singing & just having a good time. We really loved singing all of the old hymns along with Joe & “Boys.” Fun times. Prayers for your family and loved ones. You will be sorely missed. 💔🙏🏼🙏🏼💔

Mrs, Bonsall, I am so sorry to hear about Joe’s passing. I made Joe the cat quilt many years ago. I am Nick Harrison’s mother in law . Nick helped Joe write his book. Sincerely, Joan Yoder
