I love Mark he shows people that its alright to have fun and serve God . The joy of the Lord draws people to Jesus better than Christian that look like they just ate a lemon. There's joy in the Lord Jesus Christ
I like his never stuff too. He's gracefully aging and of course being Mark, he is laughing about it. But it seems like his newer stuff always has a nugget for the spirit along with his jokes and I think that's really enriching for people. He may have been considered a problem child by people who didn't understand him or how to deal him but he has touched so many lives and when he gets serious he has a magnificent voice.

Mark is like your incorrigible little 4 year old...he's funny as all get out, but you don't dare laugh for fear of encouraging him! I love him so much !!
It completely changed the Gaither Vocal Band's image as a serious Christian group. They still had their serious moments, but Mark's comedy added a new dimension and took them to a whole new level. IMO, Bill, Mark, David and Guy were the best version of the group.
Mark is so hilarious and always lifts my spirits. I have seen this video several times before, but it never gets old! Mark is a true blessing and gift from God, and he loves Jesus with all of his heart!!!
My inlaw and I were in the audience for the taping of this DVD special. It was a great night for sure! Been a fan of the Gaither Vocal Band for some time and love the individual guys as solo's, too.
