I have solution brother i have also faced this problem:
1. First you should download windows service pack 1 to your computer (also you can check it in system properties if downloaded already)
2. Now you can update your windows 7
3. your problem is fixed after updating your windows.

When I do that same process at the end deleted everything click on new it rebooted and put me back on the windows setup screen but I am using a small mini pc that had windows 11 installed on it before
U have to take the hard drive out before resetting

Ye can use this as well, One important thing if you have any important data in your USB take the data backup

If you want to erase the data you can simply format the drives when installing the window or you will simply format c drive because thats where the new window will be installed
Note: upgrading the window won’t erase any data
Says I don’t have enough c drive storage to do the flash drive
You need a least 8gb on ur ssd to do it
I have a 32gb flash drive
You can use it
I did use it and my laptop says I need more storage 8 gb

Windows will be corrupted you can install again by deleting the space
bro i used my main usb and it deleted everything off it and made it a 30gb usb instead of a 300gb one💀 rip 40$
