Zundapp Trike 50cc - Restoration and Modification - Part 3

Today we take care of the brakes and more.....because everything in'st perfect....the front suspension needs to be changed

What size is the chain. Has the kick plate been modified to allow it to run 428. it looks welded.
the 428 will not fit my Famel Tricarro as the chain hits the kick plate. Its a The plate on my turbine engine is a newer type 1991.
I bought parts to modify to 415 chain but I am worried it will snap.
I do not know the history of my tricarro. It seems the last owner did not do things properly.
