Amazing explanation sir, can you explain how it works practically? Does it involves putting adjectives in those quadrants?

If you wish, you can use the matrix to track your progress by indicating which blind spots you identify and which areas of your private self you become more comfortable sharing. The key, however, is to ask for feedback and to share more about you, as each of those will move more of who you are into the public self, allowing you to show up more authentically (i.e., bring more of who you are into the moment).
