I'm learning One Summer's Day by you and now that I know it by heart, I'm beginning to learn Summer. I have a question, how do you do to make no noise when you lift your fingers, or to make no noise in any situation where you don't want to actually ? I've just learnt how to do pizzicato (palm mute ?) to follow this lesson, is this palm mute the secret to make no noise or do you have some other tips ? I'm somewhat of an advanced beginner, I can play things but it's really not perfect ! Thank you a lot if you have an answer. Otherwise, thank you for the tab !
When you lift your finger off the string after playing a note, do not lift totally away from the string. Lift it until the string resumes its original tension (action). When the string stops producing sound, then you lift it off totally.
