Oh my goodness, the sauce looks amazing, definitely going to try it. By the way, I made the Ramen Noodles last Friday and my husband and kids want me to make it again this Friday. Thank you very much for another fantastic delicious recipe. God Bless.
The giggle you made after the shrimp manifest is maybe the most endearing giggle I have heard you make, one of my favorite things about your videos is how genuinely excited you are about enjoying your creations
Great sauce. I like that you also suggest alternative variations. Excellent work. I would love to see a video based on the dehydration of your chillies, equipment, preparation, etc.
So glad I found your channel, I made the jalapeño cream sauce which was WOW on the taste buds. Look forward this summer to making this & other deliciously HOT but eatable foods you create. Thank you. I also appreciate that you encourage us to make it our own but helping us get to the awesome results.
Hey my friend on the sweetener I like to use agave nectar try that out sometime it works really really good and it has antibacterial properties kind of like honey
Would this base work for incorporating fruit? I'm thinking about experimenting with sweet/spicy pineapple habanero BBQ for some grilled chicken or porkchops
This looks like a good BBQ sauce. I do something similar except I like smoky and earthy tones in my BBQ. 😝 I use chipotle pepper, molasse (a drop of liquid smoke to cheat because I live in an appartment so I can't have a BBQ) and some smoky paprika. For the earthyness it is all in the spices: I use thyme, oregano, ground mustard seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper corns. For the salt, I want a bit of umami so I use soy sauce.
Thanks for the detailed information. I've long wanted to make sauces but it has seemed to be overwhelming. If one were to make this on a charcoal grill with oak wood - do you think that smoky and slightly earthy flavors would get into the sauce at all?
Absolutely, you'll get a nice kiss of smoke that translates to the finished sauce. I smoke peppers all the time for this. You can smoke them just a bit for a lighter smoke, or go heavy. Let me know how it turns out for you. It's also a great technique to smoke the peppers, then dehydrate to make smoky chili powder
i am excited to play around with this concept man... just like you said i have been adjusting my own pre bought sauces to try to adjust them but i am ready to take it to the next level. I am always looking for the perfect balance of sweet and hot
Sup mike, never thought to add fresh chilies to my BBQ sauce🤔, I can incorporate easy.. think in general I'll use jalapeno to start, I blend but want bits onions .... Gave some great option ideas, I'm gonna play with it, I always divide anyway, like adding more seasoning for grilling, but normal as BBQ dipping sauce, I know I'll be in trouble playing with BBQ sauce🥺, tyvm tc
Please add the link for your Spicy Dehydrator Cookbook. I would love to buy it...I'm trying to score points with my husband in hopes that would earn me a nice surprise for our 31st Wedding Anniverssary. God Bless
What is a good dehydrator for around $200 or less? I currently string, hang & air dry my peppers on a 8-12 month rotation yearly, im thinking of speeding this up due to my spice blend feed back from friends

For sure. I like peach, personally. Or pineapple.

Do you dice the jalapeños with or without the seeds? Great video. Aloha
I leave them in, though you can remove them if you'd like. Aloha! Visiting Hawaii later this year!

At what time on grill do you start putting your sauce on ribs while cooking
There are different ways to do it, but I like to start about half way through, just a bit, then a nice slather at the end.
Damn..!! Gotta try this…looks amazing…
Thanks!!

One more thing buddy when I make my hot sauce I smoke my peppers in the smoker you know try that out it whole new level of Awesome
Sounds great!
What kind of dehydrator do you have/use?
I have an 8 tray Excalibur that works great. I had a smaller Nesco for smaller jobs, but lent it to someone and never got it back! LOL.
Great recipe. Could I use vodka instead?
Yes, definitely! Let me know how it turns out for you. Thanks!

Sir is it okay not to put apple juice ? because I don't have it here . Thank you
Yes, you can skip it. Consider a bit of apple cider vinegar or other juice as an alternative.
