  • Well, it had to happen at some point. Yuka has been getting better and better every ride while my skills seem to have halted. Our ride at Perry Hill was the one where it became obvious how good she's become!

It's so weird seeing you hit my local trails! That rooty schute on Disneyland is pretty sketchy for sure, but I've always been fine hitting that but have yet to hit the rock roll on Rasta that you had no problem with. It's weird how every rider has their own way of looking at each section and how difficult it is.

@@BCpov That´s a possibility. You could also do it on your own.
Instead of "my brain doesn´t let me do it" you can say to yourself "My brain let me DO it".
Now you can feel the difference. Maybe it feels a bit awkward, unusual... this is because you spotted a boundary in yourself. With this change you widened your reality in this moment. You don´t have to convince yourself, also when there is doubt from the mind. You don´t have to push hard to get the change. Give yourself time and recognize the changes in the next 1 or 2 months, because the seed is already planted. It is a flowing process. Be aware that you are the master of your reality. And take a deep breath. Conscious breathing is always good, when it comes to manifesting a new reality.

I really need to get over it because it ruins the fun. I wash off all my speed every time now cone across a gap.

In this vid ur having problems with a rock and roots and the girls did it, I say u have to learn to turn ur brain off, when u do stuff well remember what ur thinking, then when u advance bigger remember what ur brain was doing
I have found in mountain biking that u have to learn when ur skill leaves is there sometimes I have to turn ur brain off to move forward
It works for me hope it helps I have some age as well
