Jolly u dont need to set a grow op at ur new location. Look at ur table and u will see u have the same amount no matter which location ur at. As long as u have 1 location growing u share the product at all ur location. How have u not noticed this
Higher the 9’of the best dealers at each place to take over the guy you need to beat his skill points then you click on him on the map then you can take him over the police arrest him you can have 9 dealers at each place
Okay so how u do the boss of the area u have to hire the best skilled dealers to get that bar the rest of the way up and I think it's both locations dealers
You need more dealers with higher skill(you do not even need them for dealing if they take a high cut - it just adds to the takeover requirement).

its based on dealer skill. so the more dealers the more skill level. i went to the small garage and filled it with people
