I get that pulling the syringe cylinders in draws water into the syringe sleeves to create negative bouyancy. Where does the air go that’s pushed out? Into the compartment with the servos, batteries, and receiver. Is that air just compressed. Because, more importantly, where does the air that replaces the water that was pushed out of the cylinder to surface come from? Subs use compressed air for this. Is your compressed air what’s in the electronics compartment? Very nice build btw! Well done!
Seems like it has an initial buoyancy higher than its weight and by taking in water, it increases its weight and decreases its buoyancy so it sinks. When the water is pushed out again, the initial buoyancy is restored and brings it up to the surface again.

@@coolbionicle The other side is open to the compartment. Pressure inside the compartment might increase slightly ... but so does it by being under water.
So if I understand correctly, it uses water instead of air to control the weight of the submarine. Opposed to how it's done in real life, in which compressed air is used.
First off, I like how you did this. I am using the same 1:72 Revell Type VII submarine model as a basis for an RC-submarine. You will need around 350ml to submerge it fully from it's original water line. If you thin out the parts above the water line you need even less. That is if your air tight compartment is completly below the water line. I propose that you test this out in a bath tub without any internals first. Now the problem that I see (and I have been there before). When you submerge you compress the air in the water tight compartment (where all the electronic is). That does not sound like a problem since you uncompress it when ascending. However with the small scale of the submarine it's quite hard to make a pressure vessel that is air tight enough for even the small amount of pressure that you will build up. You will leak air when descending and pull in water when ascending. Maybe you can manage that better than I did, but I couldn't get it to hold the pressure. Another problem is the force to move the syringe. You might want to calculate it first or else you could end up in a situation where your small motors don't have enough power to evacuate the syringe against the water pressure. Since this video is somewhat old and I don't see any further videos with a working model I am assuming that you have noticed the same issue. Good luck.
For now, the submarine is working very well and there is no strong pressure or water flowing back in when the dive comes to the surface. A total of three torpedoes will be fired and a vertical missile will soon be completed. Thank you for sharing your advice and experience. When you build it with Quadcopter Flight controller or add an Gyroscope then you could fill the Tanks inependitly then the Uboot can dive and breathe level. Without lesty Metall leveling

이거보다 스케일업한 버젼은 그냥 아예 엑츄에이터를 양쪽 시린지에 하나씩 달아서 엑츄에이터 드라이버를 그냥 RC에 연결하면 되겠군요. 근데 함정은 물에 깊이잠수할수록 RC 시그널이 똥이된다는거... 뭐 자율주행 알고하고 기압측정기 (바로미터) 하나 달아서 깊이 측정하게 하면 될거같은데... GPS는 시그널이 잡혀야되니 안될거같고, 엑셀로자이로 한 3개 달아서 측정값 보내게 하고 배드시그널 나오는애는 그냥 데이터를 안받는 (majority vote) 시스템으로 하면 될듯 시중에 나오는 셀피캠 잠수함들은 그냥 줄이 달려있는데, 그럼 재미없죠.

이해가 안되는 부분이, 주사기 내부에 물이 들어가면 잠항이고, 빠지면 상승입니까? 자체무게로 주사기 내부에 물이 빠져도 그대로 가라않을것 같은데. 아니면 반대로 주사기 내부 공기가 채워져 있고, 잠항시 주사기 내부 공기를 빼면 잠항이고, 공기가 채워지면 상승입니까? 그러면 잠항시 빼낸 공기는 따로 저장해야할 산소탱크가 필요한데, 그렇게 되면 결국 양쪽 주사기 내부 공압이 빠져도 산소탱크에 에어가 차있으므로 잠수함은 잠항이 안될것인데, 어떤원리로 잠수함모형이 상승과 잠항이 되는지 알고 싶습니다.
처음 말씀한 부분이 맞습니다 주사기안에는 공기가 있어 부상중인 상태에서 모터를 돌려 물을 채우면 있던공기는 잠수함내부로 압축되고 물이 들어와 부력이 약해지고 무거워지니 잠수하게 됩니다. 다시 물이 빼면 압축된 공기가 주사기로 채워지고 가벼워지고 부력이 증가하니 상승합니다^^
가변저항을 보면 서보조종기판으로 연결된 3개의 선이 있는데 com이 아닌 두개선에 저항을 연결해줍니다. 그렇게 연결하면 횡거리 변화가 증가되니 주사기 길이가 길때 유용합니다. 적정 k옴을 달아보세요 의미는 횡거리 증가입니다.저항을 올리면 조종스틱의 최소최대 조종시 서보의 회전 거리를 더 증가시켜 줍니다. 슬라이드저항은 3개선 위치가 어떤것이 중간인지(com) 파악하기 힘든데 카탈로그를 보거나 하나씩 변경 해주면 파악이 빠릅니다

First off, I like how you did this.

예전에 설레임 아이스크림 포장지로 부력장치 만들었는데 요샌 3D프린터 덕분에 아예 주사기 자체로 부력장치를 만드네요 미세조정까지 되니 상환적이네요.

Will it receive signal under some meters of water?
I haven't actually done it, but since it's 72mhz, it looks like it can be five to eight meters deep.

3d 프린트 할때 pla 쓰시나요 ABS쓰시나요?
기어같은거 프린트 후에 후처리 하시나요?
기어는 PLA+ 로 0.08로 프린트합니다. 후처리는 해본적은 없습니다. ABS로 기어를 뽑긴 어렵더라구요. 다뭉게져서 프린트가 되서 포기 했었구요, 잠수함은 느린게 묘미라서 그닥 기어 강도는 의미없고 모터가 외부에있고 물속에 잠기기 때문에 온도가 공기중보단 낮습니다. 참고가 되셨길 바래요. 감사합니다
