A book on my radar for this month is Rewitched by Lucy Wood because it sounds like it's gonna have similar cosy vibes to the Secret Society of Irregular Witches (also the hardback has a cat on the sprayed edges and I couldn't resist 😂)
Thanks for the recs! A few were on my radar already and you bumped them up. I think I might re-read Chocolat by Joanne Harris and/or Wicked by Gregory Maguire. Those feel autumnal to me and the colder/rainier it gets, the more I am drawn to re-reads or continuing a series. And the movie Wicked is coming out soon if I remember correctly.
I've just started the Once and Future Witches by Alix E Harrow and have on my October TBR A House with Good Bones, We have always live in the castle and Dracula which will be perfect for the season

I keep hearing about that! I'm gonna need to get it.

I enjoyed Pumpkin Spice Cafe, it wasn't my best read ever but it was fun. HMRC is one of my absolute fave series.
@@charlotteburns3213 it was pretty fun and sometimes that's all you need
@@PrettyPurplePolkaDots exactly. I've already acquired the others in the series

I hope you surgery goes well!
