I will give you a very valuable tip. I have serious problems with inflammation. And thank God I found an extremely potent natural solution, which has helped me a lot. It's the turmeric . Guys, two flat coffee little spoons of the turmeric do miracles. I share this with you because I know how painful inflammation is, and how much it immobilizes us, takes us out of activity.

Better idea - eliminate processed sugar, carbohydrates, seed oils, food additives and all the other crap in the Standard American Diet. Limit natural sugars, too.
Since I started eating a ketogenic diet (which has since morphed into a near-carnivore lifestyle) my joints are no longer inflamed. On the Standard American Diet, I was 30 pounds overweight, felt bloated, sluggish, could hardly pick up things off the floor without struggling and grunting, and I generally felt like crap.
Eight months after fixing my diet, I'm down to my ideal weight, have more energy, and no longer need Advil to get through the day.

He stated that your average senior takes 20 prescription medications, then on top of it, they are popping the above over the counter pain relievers like candy. Most people never even look at the side effects or take it seriously. People want instant gratification and will never have a clue as to why they are not aging well. The active ingredients in these products is very small. The inactive ingredients are composed of things to provide bulk (size)appearance (color), and self stability. There are hidden allergens in over the counter medicines. Corn, and soy and dairy derivatives. The generic ones will tend to have cheaper fillers to keep cost down. You have to research the source of all the compounds. The one's that are good for inflammation contain the most allergens. They will relive one symptom and create another. Facial numbness and mini strokes. Regards

My pain doc tells me that Advil type meds are off limits for me. Advil and Ibuprofen are 6 hour meds, Aleve is a 12 hour dose. Meloxicam is a 24 hour dose. I was on Meloxicam for 3 months, and ended up peeing and pooping blood for a week. I quit taking it as soon as the bleeding started. Be careful with that family.

I us turmeric boil 2-3 leaves in 2 litres of water, boil for 2 minutes you can add lemon when it cools down! I don't I love the taste of turmeric! I had loads of inflammation in my shoulders and other places, I will not take any medication!
I take this for 1 month then have a weeks recast from it then start again! My BP is 120/80 and I am very much over weight, I am 64 years old! When I go to get a check up the doctor take my BP and says I will just check that again lol

Live This Life I have also used the flower to all the plant is eatable, I have been into natural healing and researched everything about turmeric, I found that the whole plant is eatable so used the leaves, which I have growing in my garden here in the Philippines! I am from the uk, turmeric as I understand cannot be grown there, in the same way as it is here!
I know that you can add black pepper to turmeric to boost the effect of it! Curcumin is the active ingredient they have used it in patients with have had strokes and they recover quicker and feel better to!
I use garlic and honey if I have an infection, garlic active ingredient is Alison, honeys active ingredient is propolis which is the secretion of the bees all around the hive, this protects the hive from infection!
I cut the garlic up very fine, leave it for about 10 minutes, this is so the Alison will activate and then pour the honey onto it, I then swallow it using a spoon, I drink one glass of water afterwards! I only take this once per day for 2-3 days and infection is gone, oh yes I use 3 cloves of garlic! Been doing this for around 25 years now!
      Thank you!

The NSAIDs might give some temporary pain relief but they actually make things worse. They speed up cartilage degeneration. And acetaminophen is terrible for you. It's best to treat arthritis pain with heat and ice. Mostly heat though. No, I'm not a doctor. I'm just someone living the hell of osteoarthritis. I used to take ibuprofen and naproxen, provided by the Army and then the VA for spondylosis. Now I have arthritis in every major joint. These medications only make things worse. They're poison.

Most of the medical doctors are trained to give people medications or surgery. They know little or nothing about natural and healthy remedies. Medical doctors do not subscribe to preventative medicine because that would not make them money. Thank Dale Carnegie for that.for that situation. Dr. Mandall has made a lifetime study and researches everything he passes on. Being an MD does not make any Dr. smarter then I am about the way my body works. Several times over my lifetime I have gone to Drs. who gave me wrong advise and advise that would hurt me. What I did was to research it for myself and find a natural way to help me and my children when they were young. I was always correct in those situations and the doctors were were not. Mainly every single Dr. was always ready to dish out a prescription solution, but I was smart and said NO! I am 73 and not on one medication. When I need tweaking for something Dr. Mandell's advise is without fail always on the money!
