Thanks for the detailed and practical insights! Nice to see someone actually showing the view through the binoculars, most guides on youtube don't bother. 8x42 clearly stands out as the best option for weight and size
Hi there! All the planes in the video were recorded on a smartphone (30 fps, HD) through a Razor 18x56, using a special optic mount, but handheld, not with a tripod.
Awesome video, my brother. I knew those numbers were needed for the view but didn’t understand how to apply them to my particular needs. Thank you so much 👍

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you found the practical examples useful. Totally agree, 8x42 is a solid choice for its balance of weight and size.
It’s awesome to watch birds and animals in the wild. It’s a must-do!
I need one for planespotting, this helped a lot!💯
Glad this helped!
Razor series ❤
Lifetime warranty no questions asked!
Absolutely, the Razor series is top-notch! That lifetime warranty with no questions asked is a game-changer.
Thanks! You did it properly with viewing though binoculars unlike others talk a lot with no viewing through binocular.
Great info!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Now I feel like I need more than one pair. I was trying to make this exact decision on 8x42 vs 10x42.
I hear you! It's tough choosing between 8x42 and 10x42. Sometimes having both pairs really makes sense for different situations.
I have 10x 50 and wish I'd gone to 12 because I have the 18 56 and use them more than my 10 x 50s I have 8 and 10 compax and the 10 is much better
I need one that can help me see into the future😢 which model should I get?
I lost my 10x just grabbed viper hd 12x50 and glad I did!
Nice upgrade! The Viper HD is a solid choice! How are you liking the image quality and brightness?
@@sportsandgadgets776 I live on 1/2 acre at the end a 50 acre lake in fl can see straight across the long way lol.
Can you handhold 12x binos while tracking moving planes
Great video. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
Can you say your set up that was recording a plane?

Thanks, man! Glad the video helped you out. Applying those numbers can be tricky, but once you get it, it makes a big difference!
