Watched this growing up, as well as On the Buses, Keeping up Appearances, Are you being served, and my mum loved Some Mothers do 'ave 'em LOL!!! Love that i can still see these shows on here.
Thanks for posting used to watch this with my Gran in the afternoons as a little boy, she was a lot like Peggy Mount when I think back, a voice that could shatter concrete. Please post more episodes if you can I enjoyed the nostalgia.
@Azureecosse I will post more, but there is a growing list of stuff I want to upscale. To get this kind of quality takes quite a long time, but as you can see, it's well worth it.
Wow! Thank you so much for upscaling an old classic like this. So glad I came across your channel. Subscribed and excited to see more. Can I suggest Terry and June? Another comedy great. We can't get enough of these old family favourites in our house.
@josephadam291 I like to think of the Spanish version of The Champions would be called Los Champignones... which would translate as The Mushrooms... haha... good call though, I will add it to my list of shows to upscale
Fabulous!!!
Aw pure brilliant comedy love Peggy mount and pat Coombs 😂🎉
Glad you enjoyed it They were a great comic double act weren't they

@@Tenortalker I wonder if Peggy was as bossy there... loved them so much... would have great to interview them
Pat Coombs was brilliant
I've never seen this. So funny. Brilliant timing by them all.
I’d forgotten this, memories of a nicer time!
One of Britain's best comedy dramas.
A very good comedy. Always been a huge fan of Pat Coombs.
Always makes me laugh.
My mother used to watch this
It made her laugh too.

These were the shows we grew up with and made us the nice people we are :)

I used to watch this comedy, it's brilliant. I've always liked Peggy Mount, dhe was brilliant in the film Sailor Beware, it's worth a watch.

Absolutely brilliant I remember this running on uk gold in the 90s and loved it
Thank you for adding so many gems!
@@NoName-sd9qc more to come
I can't believe that I missed this back in the 70s. It's an overused word, but this is hilarious.
@@PLuMUK54 more to come... I promise
I've got the whole series on dvd. I love it
Thank you for uploading this.❤ Uploads on other channels have been taken down.. i can watch it over and over again, and never get tired of it.
planning to upload more, so stay tuned :)
I love this show 😊
@@fionamorton7591 me too.. more like it to come
She would have been great in Eastenders as Phil and Grant's Granny 😂😂

@KA-yz3fd thank you for subscribing. there is more from Peggy and Pat coming up, but I don't have any Terry and June... I do have Stanley though ;)
This looks like the later comedy waiting for god,i watched this one and waiting for god both were good.
Wow! When comedy was innocently funny.
@@anncosten3222 and it really is funny too... always loved the banter between Peggy and Pat..
@JamesSheenOnline Oh yes. Me too. I remember them so well. They remind me of some of the women who peopled my youth. RIP LADIES.
Kinda like a UK version of Golden Girls..
but of course, this was BEFORE The Golden Girls... and as such, original :)
Can we have more episodes of this series. I bought it but my DVD player at the time wouldn't play from the dvd's from England.
@lindasheldon6940 currently in the process of upscaling the next two episodes
Brilliant 📺 cissièè😅

@@JamesSheenOnlineno, you’re incorrect. The proper word for champions is “Los campeones”. Spanish has many words for many things.
Awesome 😊
They were life partners for many years
Um... have we stolen every one of your hit shows? This is totally Golden Girls.
you can't beat the original
I love the show but got Peggy's character was a right horrid bully lol
@marklola12 but that's the whole point bossy boots and trodden upon Pat :)

Interesting. Never heard of this before. I enjoyed watching it but it didn't make me laugh out loud.
