Ok thank you for the Through review. I have owned these for. While and for 99 bucks you can't beat it. I did replace the earpads with some Steel series 9x style pads to eliminate the Hot ear situation. I personally prefer them to the steel series due to the USB C charging. Also they have a metal head ban internally. These are a great set to accompany the Series X/S. You deffinitely earned but Sub to your channel. Keep up the good work.
Solid headset for 99 bucks. But the biggest issue is the latency when using any of the enhancements (Atmos, DTSX, Sonic, etc.). DTSX specifically sounds the best to me. Sure you can turn it off, but then you're just getting basic stereo and it causes them to not sound great at all in my opinion. They're too muddy without some sort of enhancer. Really hope this gets fixed with a firmware update. The latency makes shooters and online game a chore sometimes.
Thanks for the review, it helped me dial them in. Still, I returned them after 3 weeks because I couldn’t get passed the frequent disconnects and odd sounding audio. Went with the Stealth 700, so far pretty good.
Was good bro thanks for the video. After getting into the mess that the elite 2 controller was I should of known better. However, I just had to get the new series x. Week one my headset and controllers would disconnect at random. I updated the console and controller but it kept doing it. Eventually I just sent the console in and got a new one. I hope people get their money’s worth for these headsets.
Thank you for sharing your experience, that sounds pretty damn frustrating how long did it take Microsoft to get the consul back out to you? I luckily only had connectivity issues twice, and turning the console off then back on fixed it
How were you able to get a new console? Was it from Microsoft themselves? I’m having issues with my external storage devices, I do think it’s the console itself doing it.
It's so funny. Everyone mentioned that you won't be able to see the mic mute light. I got my headset yesterday and I can see it just fine. What's funny is on my old steelseries arctis 5 headset with an extendable mic.. I COULDNT see the light unless i maneuvered my head or something like everyone says you'll need to with the xbox ones..
I have used this headset and I can comfortably say it is the best sounding headset I have ever used however I did spend a lot of time changing the frequency and I use Dolby Atmos with it aswell. If anyone wants to experience true audio I can reply to you with my settings.

Would you recommend the series s from a playstation guy I've owned every playstation except the 5 and only ever had the original xbox is the S a good enough console for a casual gamer with a 4k TV
If you have a decent gaming PC, and you have white PlayStation exclusive is in the past I would get a PS five. If you don’t have a capable gaming PC, and don’t care about missing out on the PlayStation exclusives that won’t come to PC (some will), Series s is really impressive for the price point. I am actually making a video in the extremely near future talking about where I find value in my series S Versus the PS five
I know that if you have it connected to the xbox you can use your phone to use discord but can you connect the headset To possibly the switch Bluetooth adapterAnd the phone at the same time so you can use the phone to use discord
Try a40’s or Arctic 7X’s. Except be wary of the a40s because you gonna have to get an hdmi audio converter because there is no optical cable on the series x, that’s only if you get the amp along with it though.
Bought the headset awhile ago. Terrible headset. Allot of crackling, poor volume and volume control, bass is over powering and poor clarity. My $50 Rig headphones perform better. Out of the box they sound bad. You need to custom set in equilizer to get them to sound somewhat just ok.
I was actually disappointed with the sound quality of this headset. :) I think that for example TB Stealth 600 2nd gen sound better in this price range.
Great review. Wish more reviewers were not afraid to give their opinions instead of generic hollow reviews. Thanks again👍
Bro THANK U! no other "reviews" covered this!
Great review bro! Loving how you explain in great detail and give very good information!

Is there a major difference in these vs steel series in audio wise?
Fun guy that actually reviews the product. Appreciated

It has metal inside the plastic headband. They just hid it to make it softer.
I'm one of those dudes who LOVES "BASS" and ear crushing *BOOMS*

Maybe your head is larger than you think? More comfortable if you try different headband lock points
Perhaps. I think my noggin is pretty small though
Good,awesome, & funny review 🫡
Glad you enjoyed it
Problem with stereo is that there's no vertical element to it. I can't even tell exact location of car behind me without looking back if I use stereo.
They probably need to stay motionless because of the radio control the headset uses instead of the usual Bluetooth or wireless/dongle

good review ill try ur settings for r6 halo and cod
I get that same audio delay connected to my vizio elevate soundbar and it's more than a millisecond Apparently it's an issue that xbox is aware of
My chat mixer is stuck all the way to game audio so I haven’t used them in months…they were great though🤷🏻♂️😂
Hey ak40kevin! Would you recommend the kaira pro over these? I really need the bluetooth for Discord and xbox gaming...

Which is better razer kaira or xbox wireless??

I was definitely impressed with 4k and the series S. Looks so much better than 1080p. And 60hz wasnt bothersome at all playing warzone

@@matamario3 can’t you play warzone at 120fps?
Thanks man, i was about to get one tomorrow but the lag and the imprecise volumen wheel are a letdown to me
I was really hoping these would have decent sound signature.

You should try out DTS:X it’s the best sound software on the Xbox 👍🏻
Hmmmmm no dolby atoms is better
I prefer DTS: X as well. Atmos just doesn't seem to work properly for most headsets.
Listening with my xbox headset...all I wanna know what is that beat at 17:45
Does this work on ps5 too by any chance?
No
USE THE EQ TO TURN THE BASS DOWN

Anyone know what a good gaming headset for the Xbox series x cuz so far I’m using the turtle beach stealth 600 1st gen and it’s starting to break.
I use turtle beach elite series pro with the controller adapter
