This week, I'm going back to my college days. And college days means Kheema Pav. I have been told that the taste of Kheema Pav of Grant house (then Police Canteen) hasn't changed. Also I haven't forgotten the taste of Kheema Pav. So I decided to learn the recipe and know the secret behind the age old Kheema Pav of Grant House and how do they manage to keep the taste intact.

Even better tip add a few marrow bones. The stock is what makes it more delicious. You do add a little water and pressure cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
