A wise old man once said that when you find a good type of video keep doing more of it’s kind. I once did not follow these wise words and my channel slowed down a lot! I’m happy that because of your slow down you didn’t quit, and instead decided to restructure your content. A lot of people just because of it decide to quit. I hope your new strategy works man! :)

I’m not very active in the stop motion and lego community myself, but I can still offer some tips as a UA-camr in general. For one, you should have an upload schedule that works best for you. Don’t push yourself too hard if or push aside any important irl stuff you have to do. Try uploading other content if you can’t make stop motions. Maybe once in a while upload some tutorials on how to create MOCs and lego film backgrounds or maybe something more to your own style, like showing off your own creations or lego characters. Each AFOL is different and unique. Find something that best fits yourself as a person and add it to your channel as content. May the force be with you.

Same my upload schedule became very inconsistent and now my channel is pretty much dead

I get what you’re saying. I have dealt with similar things I think my lowest was for 6 months all my videos got 50-100 views. Recently I got dragon frame and have been trying super hard to get better at animation. In me doing that I haven’t uploaded in 3 months. Recently I have had to make a decision, quality or quality. That Romanian video that got a lot of views took me 1 week to make. The one I’m making now took 3 months and might only get 300 views. The more you upload the faster you grow. I want to make quality stop motions though and that means uploading once every 3 months. Maybe I could upload filler content on those months? Anyway, a lot of people get the struggle. I think at some point you have to decide if you want to do it for view and really grow or do it for yourself. Best of luck to you. I’ll share this video! I love your channel and watching you grow. I agree, I also kinda have a dead channel at the moment. Im gonna continue to make a film I started a few days ago. I average around 150-300 views I'd say, but I do think if you start uploading more stop motions you'll gain a ton more attention. Mainly because that's what most people I feel like are expecting to see in a lego channel, (Other than like reviews) but I wish you the best! Keep up the good work. And don't give up.😁❤
