Hi. I saw you mentioned fry from frozen,so that means I don’t have to defrost it before frying? What about if I put minced meat,do I need to defrost it before frying ?
Hi there, sorry for the late reply. Yes, you can fry the spring rolls from frozen. No need to defrost. Even the minced meat ones can be fried from frozen (as the minced meat is already cooked). Most importantly, don’t fry with high heat as the outsides will burn & insides will still be frozen. Fry on medium low heat.
