I suffer from very bad anxiety, so bad that my panic attacks have hospitalized me numerous times! This year I am finally going to get treatment for them because I’m tired of living in fear of the next one!!

Try to keep in mind that, EVERY SINGLE feeling ur experiencing....is absolutely normal and we ALL have those exact same feelings so, u r NOT alone! Every feeling u have....I have had too! I get nervous, I get angry, I feel fear...ALL of those feelings, I also have! Ur normal!😉😁👊lol and the great news is....u can overcome these scary feelings! I worked in a research lab for panic disorder when I first got out of medical school, so I got to meet alot of (really great people) patients who suffered from panic (and we also researched alzhiemers disease too💔). These pts taught me (n the rest of r team too) a few tricks about panic😉. One of the best things was that their feelings were normal lol so many of them believed that they were the only person in the world experiencing what they were going thru. Panic does that shit to ya!😠 It almost makes u turn on urself😠 n more than anything, u need help from urself! U r the person who has to change or 'control' the situation by controlling ur actions. Circumstances happen --none of us can control the circumstances we find r selves in but WE can absolutely control our own actions n decisons. U no what I mean?? U (and ONLY YOU) can control urself! Nobody else gets to control u! That's why we need u to trust urself. U r able to make good safe decisions. That's what we need u to do, make good decisions. U r able to trust urself, more than any other human know earth, u can trust YOU( regardless of what panic disorder tries to convince u of❤️) n u can and do make good decisions for urself. I haven’t tried the new Fenty concealer and I don’t think I’m going to, but I really love the new elf concealer! It oxidizes a few shades darker so when I bought #2 it looked as white as my walls at home but once it dried down it was fine. Putting that over some really affordable la girl color corrector is the first time I’ve ever really been able to cover my dark circles and bags under my eyes and I’m thrilled that I can do that every day with two things that cost right around ten bucks together! It also doesn’t crease even with it being a little more dry. I really wanted to love the nars radiant creamy concealer but it seemed to crease worse than my tarte shape tape
I am loving that Cali palette! Just used it yesterday to refresh after a long day and it not only fixed the old makeup but upped the look a few notches 💜

I bought all the DOC palletes. I have yet to be disappointed. Everytime I use them I think, wow it looks like I know what I am doing. I love them so much too. The Cali one is awesome too.

I just read an article today about l-theanine and gaba being good for calming central nervous system and then i saw your video. Those are the main ingredients in this vitamin. They say the l-theanine is often found in leaves of green tea and converts to gaba in the brain. Looks like a good vitamin. Thanks for the review.

The Fenty concealer didn't work for me either. Not that it was terrible, it wasn't, it just didn't do anything more or better than my drugstore concealers. I do love the powder, though.
I decided to sit in the Best Buy parking lot and watch this. And guess what’s coincidentally right next to Best Buy...Ulta. And guess who just went in a purchased the Smashbox face palette? Can’t wait to try it. I actually saw the BH cosmetics palette as well. I was strong, though, and didn’t pick it up. For $16 I’m kind of kicking myself in the booty. It was gorgeous and swatched so nice and smooth. I just have so many eye shadow palettes at the moment.

You will love NeuLash. Give it another month. A few tips that I have learned.. Put it on at night and give it time to dry before you put on eye creams. I usually put NeuLash on first then by the time I am done with my nighttime routine it is dry. I love my long eyelashes now.

I’m hooked on Lumify eyedrops! Beth from Hot & Flashy turned me on to them! I actually really like the Fenty foundation and concealer. I have oily combo skin. I use it with my ColorScience. I use #170 and it’s not yellow on me. My favorite concealer is one by Sisley. I do admit I mix the Fenty foundation with my ByTerry foundation. I cannot use powder foundation on my skin. I always love your videos! ❤️🥰

The GABA in your stress gummy Vit is what's knocking you out. I've been taking GABA for years to help me sleep better and I LOVE it! Mine is a 500mg one (I combo it with Melatonin) and it will give you the most vivid dreams of your life. You could try just taking an L-Theanine supplement (would also be cheaper), if you just want the de-stressing w/o the sleepy feeling.

I have found a new drugstore concealer from Loreal and it is fabulous. It is the 24 hour wear and it is like a less drying version of shape tape. Also, have you tried Lauder Double Wear powder foundation?
Hey lady, calcium, a really good calcium with the other minerals really helps with stress/anxiety. Garden of Life RAW calcium is one of the best. I was having real trouble with anxiety. After a fall and broken wrist, I found that calcium and it really helped my anxiety, I did some research and wow it’s really documented that it can help.

Same problem. I think mine may be related to my use of electronics. The blue light may be contributing to my messed up sleep cycle.

I’m hooked on Lumify eyedrops! Beth from Hot & Flashy turned me on to them! I actually really like the Fenty foundation and concealer. I have oily combo skin. I use it with my ColorScience. I use #170 and it’s not yellow on me. My favorite concealer is one by Sisley. I do admit I mix the Fenty foundation with my ByTerry foundation. I cannot use powder foundation on my skin. I always love your videos! ❤️🥰

The GABA in your stress gummy Vit is what's knocking you out. I've been taking GABA for years to help me sleep better and I LOVE it! Mine is a 500mg one (I combo it with Melatonin) and it will give you the most vivid dreams of your life. You could try just taking an L-Theanine supplement (would also be cheaper), if you just want the de-stressing w/o the sleepy feeling.

I saw that too when I was at the store but I didn’t look closely at the ingredients between the two. This one is definitely helping with sleep though!

I have found a new drugstore concealer from Loreal and it is fabulous. It is the 24 hour wear and it is like a less drying version of shape tape. Also, have you tried Lauder Double Wear powder foundation?
Hey lady, calcium, a really good calcium with the other minerals really helps with stress/anxiety. Garden of Life RAW calcium is one of the best. I was having real trouble with anxiety.
