EDC... Micro all day. Smaller and slimmer; feels great in the hand; no compromise on capacity. Compact just so much softer the shoot due to size of grip.

Been using Shield gen 2 mags since they came out have over 3 k rounds through mine with no issues . I know some people had issues but they have been great in my 43X !

I have both and I pick the compact all day! After you get passed all the Dagger Micro hype you realize that they have a ways to go with making sure they have less issues. My compact and full size run flawlessly. I’ve had a few minor issues with my micro.
I hear you - don’t get me wrong I love my compact, but the standard extreme carry has really grown on me. I look forward to more range time with it and ultimately finishing my “break-in” on my C1. I’m sure things will smooth out soon, seems like the most common is the connector needing to be slightly adjusted. I personally didn’t have that issue. Thanks for the feedback. Any chance you’ll grab one of the Sabre’s when they release them?

I have both and love them equally! The Micro is a great EDC though with a smaller form and 15 round mag!
You’re absolutely right - they both are awesome, hard to beat the capacity and form factor of the micro though. I’ve been carrying it since it got hot (summertime), for the most part it blends in really well with my attire.
Love my compact dagger I tricked it out with a green dot and comp, just ordered the same micro in ODG

Thanks for the kind words and compliment. Folks including myself carry a compact all the time, a lot depends on your holster setup and what clothing you’re wearing. Spend some time researching holsters and how you’d wear it, that’ll point you in the right direction. Don’t get me wrong I’d prefer the micro’s, but I’ve got no issue carrying a compact either. Are the mags for the micro and the compact different or the same?

Do you like it more for shooting or just carrying?
I’d say both, I’ve started them in my edc rotation - follow up video will be posted this upcoming week. They’re a blast to shoot, that being said prior to the micros I’ve been carrying one of my dagger compacts when I’m out and about.
@@VPTACTICALhow many rounds do you have on it? I can't trust mine. About 700 rounds on it. Too many light strikes. Make sure you test ur defense rounds on your. I think the headspacing is off on my barrel too.
@risingtides7984 I’ve got close to 600 rounds through my extreme carry, and around 100 through my C1. I’m gonna hit the range to finish breaking in my C1, I’ll post an update video today or tomorrow with my findings. 🤙🏻
Sorry to hear you’re having such troubles with yours, I assume you’ve tried different ammo? Cleaning the gun? Etc.
I didn't notice the micro had a rail on them too, damn can it actually hold a light though? I have the compact in sniper green myself.
Good eye - it’s a great platform for the TLR7 Sub, and plenty of folks out there are running it with that exact light. It’s a solid combo 🤙🏻🤙🏻
P.S.- You can’t go wrong with the sniper green 🔥

Hahahah - I get it, never hurts to add another to the collection. I’ve got a p365 that I did a conversion on and I still enjoy the micro daggers more. It’s a solid gun but I prefer the micros. I’m rocking the larger TLR7 on my dagger compact and it’s a heck of a light. Great output and not too heavy. Battery seems to last a long time, maybe I’ll pick up one of the subs for the C1 micro. We shall see!
@@VPTACTICAL LOL yeah I want one of the two, but having a 365XL, and a M&P Shield, I kinda just want the compact, I don't have any Glocks right now (shhh!)
@cwmoreash Makes sense - they run some crazy deals on the compacts, you always have the option of buying the upper and lower separately. Often times it comes out more cost effective!
Where you get the threaded barrel for the micro dagger?
3CR - sells those barrels and they’re relatively inexpensive, under 70 last time I checked. A quick google search and you can find them. Hope this helps!

i thought the g43 and g43x have different mags so i can put that 15rd in my g43?

Does the compact version have 10 rd mag options? Seems like I can only buy it with a 15 rd but I’m in Maryland who is a restricted state to 10rd magazines 🙄
Great question - I’ve only seen them offered with 15 round magazines, that being said if there was a state with a magazine restriction then PSA would remove the magazines. You’d be responsible for furnishing your 10rd or whatever the state allows. That’s how it normally works when you’ve got state magazine restrictions and you’re buying from PSA. All that being said each PSA has rules based on each state, which you can check on their website. Worst case scenario you buy a gun from PSA & they remove the 15 round magazine, then you purchase a 10 round separately. You can always call them to confirm that is the case. I hope this helps! @OneRyLove No problem! If you buy the compact, they’re compatible with 10 round magazines. I know because I bought one accidentally before In past and it runs just fine in the gun. That being said looks like they don’t sell on PSA’s website, you’ll have to source it elsewhere. Just make sure the magazine is for a glock 19 and you should be good to go. 🤙🏻

will the compact slide fit on the micro frame?
Great question - the compact slide will not fit on the micro frame, two totally different guns. The compact is much wider and longer, the micro is much smaller. You can however run a g48 slide which is longer on a micro frame. That’s based on the same series of gun. Hope this helps! 🤙🏻🤙🏻

What magwell is on your compact?
That bad boy was made by GGMagwells, you can find them with a quick google search. They very reasonable and the product seems solid. Thanks for the question, are you new to the dagger realm or just adding some upgrades?

Don't forget though, the standard compact dagger can take any high capacity glock mag, it doesn't NEED to only be 15, and I don't know of any 43x mags bigger than stock personally.
That’s very true - I’ve run the compact with my 33rd Glock magazine just fine. Plus you always have the options of mag extensions. PSA’s micro dagger mags are 15 rounds vs. 10 with glock on the same platform. I’ve seen lots of folks picking those up to run in their glock 48 and 43x without any issues.

The S is a Glock 45 or 19x. The "S" IS NOT equilivent to the G17. PSA does make a Dagger that is the same size physically to the G17 and that model is called the SX. It is the equivalent to the Glock 47. Glock 47 as far as I know uses a G45 frame so its dust cover and guide rod is shorter than a G17 meaning a G17 slide won't fit on it but a G19 slide will. The G47 slide and barrel is the same size as a G17. Its the same thing with a PSA S or SX model. You get a 4.5" barrel and full size slide that will fit both compact as well as S frames.

I’ve seen some folks swapping to .40, unsure if anyone has done a .380 yet. Changing out components to make it work, pretty cool! Yes, a factory model would be ideal.
Hell no. 380 acp is only good for super micro light pocket guns where you just want a gun with less than 10 rounds
Haha - I’m sure some would argue otherwise, would it be cool if they made it to satisfy a niche market - why not. Would I personally want/need one, no. I’ve had a ruger LCP - the smaller platform guns are snappy as all heck and the ammo options are considerably more limited in comparison to 9mm. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m running stock base plates on my Glock mags and pmags, I do have a strike industries extended (poly). Otherwise the magwell is from ggmagwells, now called grit grip magwells.
