I apparently had a brain fart/moment, the pistol is made in Gallatin, Tennessee!!
I believe it’s made in Tennessee but cool gun!
Thanks for chiming in! You’re absolutely correct - apparently I had a moment haha. I remembered TN and some reason kept saying Texas, like it’s preprogrammed in my head 😂. I appreciate the comment and for you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
lol no problem! Even though I’m from Texas, Tennessee is programmed in my head from having to send back an early 92x model back to them. Long drawn out ordeal but it was a covid period built gun. I own a 92A1 now
Sure sounds like an ordeal, hopefully it all worked out. I can’t imagine some of the issues with Covid era guns being built. I’d still like to add a 92fs Inox to my stable and maybe a 92x as well.
Can the eps carry fit the G19?
It is possible to use a EPS carry on larger pistol (compact or bigger), most folks would probably go to the standard EPS vs. the EPS Carry. That being said it is possible and a number of folks have done it, however, I believe you’ll need an adapter plate to make it happen. I hope this helps, thanks for the question. I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Check out a company called calculated kinetics, they sell a plate to match up the k footprint of the EPS & EPS Carry to the Glock MOS system. Cheers! ✌🏻
Thanks much. Keep up the good work
@ For sure, happy to help! Thanks for the kind words.
Nice. This is the best 92-frame Beretta IMO.
You’re not kidding, I’m hooked. I’d still like to add a 92FS to the stable, specifically the Inox. Can’t wait to put some serious range time behind this one! Thanks for the comment, I appreciate you. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
That is the coolest gun I have ever seen, no joke. Congrats man!! Thank you for the video!! Love the channel!
I appreciate the kind words, thank you! I’ve always wanted a 90’s series pistol and when I saw this one, I had to have it. I’m stoked for the full review video to come and some other goodies. I appreciate you being part of the squad. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@VPTACTICAL excited for the full review!
@rambb1011 Stay tuned!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
That’s one good looking pistol! I love the color scheme, I’m digging the gold/fde.
I was torn between the M9A3 and the M9A4, given the color differences. After getting my hands on the M9A4, the “gold” finish on the receiver is quite striking and has grown on me a lot. Thanks for the comment!
@ I think this was a solid choice, can’t go wrong with either!
Anyone got a good holster recommendation for this pistol? Let me know.
Will this fit on the dagger
Some parts will be compatible, however, he has kits specific to the compact Dagger platform. Check out his website for more info! Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I was so close to buying one but when I'm out in the field that charging handle would get caught on my chest rig immediately
Can’t blame you - probably better as a range “toy” for you, if it was something that you picked up. As you mentioned that could be detrimental if it’s snagging on your chest rig. The side charging may not be appropriate for everyone depending on their situation and needs. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate the feedback. I hope you to see you around the channel. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@ always brotha thank you for the awesome review of the system! And yeah I personally love all the perks about it but this video just made me realize why I can't have one :( 🤣
All good man, happy to help!!
Do you know if night sites for the micro will fit the compact
@@PuffcoRicardo710 The standard frame night sights will fit the Glock 17, 19, 22, 26. For the micro you’ll need the slimline version which fits the 42, 43, and 48. Thanks for the comment!
What type of night sites do you have for the compact?
Thanks for reaching out - those are the MePro light “Tru-Dot” night sights for Glock pistols. You can find them many places - Amazon usually has a good deal on them, around 50. Here’s a link to a video that I did after my install/review: Tru-dot Night Sights - Palmetto State Armory Dagger ua-cam.com/video/UrcK_J5A_hA/v-deo.html I appreciate the comment and hope to see you around the channel. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
That rail looks wayyy better than stock!
I love the factory look but dang Midwest makes a nice rail! Thanks for the comment 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Seems easy enough and it looks great, nice video! Short and to the point.
I try to make things simple, thanks for the comment. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
C or F hard to decide, all look amazing tho
@@rambb1011 I think they all look great but if I had to choose myself - E and F are probably my favs. Thanks for weighing in!
E or A
Yes! I agree, I’m really digging E 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Great video! Love my Micro Dagger with tlr7 sub underneath and sig romeo zero red dot. The red dot matches the stippling perfect as if it was made for it. I currently have black frame black slide with night sights. Wanting to suppress it. Should have my obsidian 9 here next week or two and saw your other video with the walk off you had. That green slide looks dope! What kind of mount did you use? Direct thread? What size threaded barrel did you get for the 3.41 factory slide? Not sure if I should use this suppressor on a regular threaded g19 or instead invest in a nice zaffari slide that is ported with a threaded barrel…. Wondering if a piston is needed for a handgun? I am a suppressor newb so please no hate comments from anyone. It is hard to find a direct answer for what I am looking for. I will be running the can on my ruger pc charger as well which has a tri lug mount. Can anyone please help me? Much appreciated 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you good sir! Sounds like you've got quite the setup going, I dig it. I haven't played around with Sig optics yet, how do you like it? Congrats on the new suppressor - I'm running the Griffin cam-lok system, however, there are tons of different options out there. A lot of folks rave about the Griffin Plan-A setup. I'd encourage you to do some additional research on what makes sense for your gear. You can always run direct thread, just have to make sure to tighten it every so often or at least check it. I still do the same even with the quick disconnect setups. I wanted to be able to swap to different pistols without the need to thread on and off every time. Generally speaking for most hosts (Pistols) you'll need to run a piston. The vast majority of pistols out there are tilting barrel actions and need the piston to function properly. At a minimum you'll want to get a nielson device w/piston, they go together. Most refer to it as a booster, FYI. The other attachment would be a tri-lug adapter that's specific to your suppressor. Just having those two items would allow you to direct thread onto your pistol and then use the tri-lug on the Charger. I ordered my barrel from 3CR its labeled as a "g43x threaded barrel." Its based on the standard 3.4" size just with the threaded portion added. It doesn't specify the length on their website. I hope this helps, thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. P.S. - If you want to learn more about the attachments for suppressors, I did a video and you can find it here: ua-cam.com/video/I5-k-kKS0lU/v-deo.html

Does the axis 1 have a adjustable trigger ? Iv got a axis 308. Not sure if it’s a 1/2. It should say on the barrel right ? If it’s a two should say that and not just axis ?
Great question - the major difference between the Savage Axis and the Axis II is the trigger & scope. The original Axis does not have an adjustable trigger and it’s completely flat. The Axis II is adjustable and has a silver “blade” in the middle that gets depressed before the gun fires. The same silver “blade” is shown In my video, that would be a telltale sign that you have an Axis II. If you need further assistance you can always call in your serial number to Savage directly and they can verify if you have the original model or the updated II. All that being said if you have the original model - there are a number of companies that make a drop in setup for those guns, including Timney, etc. I hope this helps, thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
running the 308 SRS with my suppressor with no problems defiantly going to use them in all my ar's
Awesome man, glad to hear! Did you notice any reduction in recoil after the swap? I’m considering getting another for my 450 bushmaster.
Did you replace the trigger housing with a Glock OEM housing or was that the stock PSA housing?
Great question - with the tactical pontoon tune up kit for the micro, it utilizes the factory PSA housing. He has full drop-in kits that come with a new housing, trigger bar, etc. Otherwise if you’re getting the tuneup kit like I did then you’re just replacing parts and using the existing PSA housing. Thanks for the question - I hope this helps. I appreciate you being part of the squad, be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Whats the name of that hand guard?
I got you - it’s an AC Unity wide handguard, a quick search and it’ll pop right up. Thanks for the question - I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I’m a S&W guy, my micro has been all new to me. Appreciate the video.
Absolutely - glad I could help! Welcome to the dark side lol. Hope to see you around the channel. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Does your trigger shoe wiggle if you pull it from side to side? I just replaced my Dagger Micro C-1 trigger shoe with an Overwatch Precision 43X shoe. I even changed the slide release to an oem 42/43x slide release since the shoe won’t work for the PSA slide release. Initially, I had problems at the range with the overwatch trigger shoe and PSA slide release where a casing would eject but would not feed the next round with the slide locked back plus the trigger pins walking out. Now with the overwatch shoe and Glock oem slide release during dry fire the pins won’t walk back out, but the shoe does wiggle side to side if you do pull it side to side due to differences in PSA and Glock trigger tolerances. Does your trigger shoe do this it you try to wiggle it from side to side?
Hello Derek, Sorry for the delayed response I’ve been under the weather - dang cold won’t let go of me. I did check this morning and the trigger does have a small bit of play side to side, but nothing that has affected any functionality whatsoever. My trigger pins stay put and they do not walk out. Almost sounds like a magazine issue, I know they have had some problems with the follower. One of my mags won’t lock the slide back for example. I’d try reaching out to overwatch, they seem like good people willing to help. Worst case you could troubleshoot and put it back to stock to see if that rectifies the issue. I’d start with overwatch first and go from there. The last group I’d connect with assuming the other previous mentioned don’t work is PSA. I hope this helps point you in the right direction, keep me posted if / when you get it worked out. A side thought maybe go back through your work on the trigger and see if you missed anything - couldn’t hurt. Thanks for the comment and I hope you get this resolved. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Ok if yours has a bit of play from side to side then I’m guessing it’s normal for the aftermarket triggers for the micro dagger. Going to get it out to the range and see if it works how with the overwatch trigger and Glock oem slide-stop. Thanks for the feedback man! 👍👏
@derekrobinson2366 For sure man, glad I could help. Once you hit the range drop me a line and let me know how it does!
Do the short screws that come with holosun work for the right side? Im using short screws on the right and they still keep coming loose
They did not have enough thread to really stay in for me, plus the screws weren’t uniform. Different look between the long and short screws - easy thing to do use both long screws and take a file to one of them. File, test, file, test, until you get it just right. I used snap caps to test ejection and ejection pattern - it’ll tell you real quick if your extractor plunger is being pinched. Thanks for the comment - I hope this helps! I appreciate you being part of the squad - be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Why even show groups if u darnt let the barrel cool????!!???????
That’s a very valid point and it really boiled down to time constraints. Maybe I’ll do a follow up video with cool downs between groups. I’ll keep that in mind for future videos - unfortunately with the sporter barrel the issue is exacerbated vs. a heavy barrel. Thanks for pointing that out, I appreciate the constructive feedback.
Good review. Thank for sharing (especially the mod).
Glad I could help! I love this thing - easy to transport and helps me with sighting in new gear. The mod is a must. I find this particularly helpful for sighting in pistol optics as well as rifles. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
I installed a Timmy now my dagger is binary
Not the first I’ve heard of that, in those instances it’s usually the sear engagement that is off. Apparently Johnny Glocks has a video on how to adjust it, although care must be taken while doing so. The sear shelf is what’s typically adjusted in that scenario. Alternatively you may consider reaching out to Timney if you don’t feel comfortable with adjusting it yourself. I hope you get it all worked out!!
How’s it run? Need to change ejector, spring, extractor?
Runs like a sewing machine, no issues out of mine. Easy 1k+ round count with no problems - suppressed, unsuppressed, 115gr, 124gr, 147gr subs, etc. I’ve put this gun through its paces. The only thing I noticed was the thread protector tried to walk off, when I was using the tri-lug feature with my suppressor. Hence the reason I changed to the GSL thread protector and rocksett that bad boy on. I don’t plan to thread anything on, only use the tri lug setup. I hope this answered your question - I’m sure in the future as some of those wear components age, I’ll be replacing them. For now I have fun with this beast! Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad - be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@ thanks. Thats great news. I opened my box, tried the charging handle and was shocked how hard it was to pull. I even tried hitting it with my purse. Ugh. I hope it gets easier after a few rounds. Thanks!!
@CurieBohr Takes a little muscle but shouldn’t be horrendous lol. Glad you tried the purse, don’t forget to lube that bad boy up and get some rounds down range!!
🔫 🔫 #2a
If you loosen it slightly do you think it would be straight and hold zero? Just a question
I didn’t want to mess with it, I’m sure you could get it to zero. Question is how long would it hold, not to mention if you need to break down the gun for cleaning the cheaper mount sits on the rail cover. This is one of those items that’s worth it to spend a few dollars more. Thanks for the question - I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸. P.S.- I messed with that darn thing so many times, couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t sit right. Until it realized it was the product itself.
i love mine and since I have "baby hands" it fits perfect. Love it
Glad to hear! It definitely was a nice upgrade and relatively inexpensive. I have been eyeing those metal frames, over three hundred for those is wild. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad - be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Did you ever do a shooting video?
@matthewbrown9653 Thanks for reaching out, I did make a part two which includes shooting footage: ua-cam.com/video/qZvsCiXKRBw/v-deo.htmlsi=8ampW0tjAmkvzI2V Hope to see you around the channel 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Constantly "slapping" the pistol will wear out that notch. It is only thin sheet metal.
If excessive force was used I could see your point. That being said these guns are built and designed to be slapped, it’s even in the manuals for the AP5 and HK MP5. Here’s the exceprt from the AP5: “While holding the firearm in your primary hand, use the other hand to slap the charging handle downward, disengaging it and allowing it to fly forward.” The HK is here: “Vigorously slap the cocking handle out of the indent.” Long as you’re not using excessive force, then you’re good to go and this is the proper operation of the firearm. Mine are not safe queens - I take them out and shoot. If they wear out then they’ll get fixed or repaired. Thanks for the comment and I hope I was able to shed some light on the topic. I appreciate you being part of the squad - be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@VPTACTICAL I don't know about the AP5, but the MP5 is tuff as nails. We shot/carried them when I was with Dept Treasury. We shot/ slapped the heck outta them and there were no problems that I was aware of.
I have a diamondback db15, so I believe it has a mid lenght gas system? If so, the h2 4.6 oz would work well?
I believe that you are correct, it is a mid length gas system based on my research. That being said you’ve got the option to purchase the spring setup with one weight. Alternatively they sell a SRS AR15 kit which comes with the C, H, and H2 weight in the package. It’s only a few dollars more and would make more sense, especially if you don’t have an adjustable gas block. Another component of it is whether or not you’re running suppressed. For the money I’d spring for the kit, that way you can “tune” it to your specific gun. They also now sell the weights separately to swap out and they’re relatively inexpensive. I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@VPTACTICAL I can't seem to find that kit. Is there a part # ?
Took me a minute to find it: ARM253-AR15KIT That should help haha
@VPTACTICAL very helpful, thank you very much. I looked all over their website and couldn't find it lol.
@A.C.71 All good - happened to me the second time I looked for it, the wording of what I was searching made a big difference.
Wow! Thank you and really cool!!!! The Matrix, woah!
Haha thanks man! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thank you!
You got it 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸!
What do you guys/gals use besides a traditional led sled?!?
Hey what magwell is that?
GGmagwells aka grit grips - they actually make them in aluminum now instead of poly. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
@VPTACTICAL awesome thank you. Likewise brother
Happy to help!
The owner of Q is a piece of garbage, not fun to deal with when their gear shits the bed. Will NEVER buy from them again.
Where can one of those base plates be purchased?
They’re made by a company called custom machined concepts, a quick google search and you should be able to pull them up. They make the base plates, magwells, and they’ve got a +2 extension coming. I’d link the site for you, but YT will take action against me. Thanks for the comment I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
"The underbelly of the slide", lol
It was down yonder haha, underbelly is right. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for the differences. Ive found their claws don't do a good job of pulling the firearm grip closer to help with printing.
Happy to help! I’ve tried both with and without claw, definitely made a difference to me. The butt of the gun sticks out way farther and prints without the claw. I suppose some of it could be body build related as well. Have you found a better solution or did you change out the claw?
🔥🔥🔥
🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Just got one but havnt fired it yet, can’t wait. Good presentation!
Congrats on the new gun, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Sure the ammo is a little pricey in comparison to 9mm, but man this gun is just a blast to shoot. Whenever I shoot it at the range it definitely turns some heads! Thanks for the comment and kind words, I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
May be a stupid question but would it matter vs having the comp slide vs standard? Or is it compatible for both?
It’s based on the platform itself - shouldn’t make a difference if you have the comped slide or not. Long as it’s made for the 43x/micro dagger platform you should be good to go. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
What is the pull weight after the swap? Would had been great too see this just for some clarity on any slight change on the pull weight
Hello good sir! Sorry for the delayed response, I’ve been super busy. I made a video to your comment, check it out: Will changing your trigger shoe lower pull weight?!? #pewpew #triggers #pewpew #pistolonly #sidearm ua-cam.com/users/shortsuGHNEnmDr7g?feature=share
Very helpful!
Thank you!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
Not sure if this happens to you, but I’ve been really looking for an answer and I haven’t found one. After a month of having the magazine filled with 15 rounds as I carry it with 15+ one in the chamber. When I practice at the range, it would no longer lock the slide back as it does not push the mag catch up high enough. Now I use the micro dagger magazine on my Glock 43X and this happens but when the magazine is brand new, it does not happen. Does this happen to anyone else? I’m also thinking about buying the micro dagger because of this issue.
It appears to be the same issue that I’m having, when the mag was brand new I didn’t have this issue. Seems like a problem with the spring and follower, my understanding is that PSA will send you replacement parts to rectify the issue. You have to setup a RMA/ticket with them to get it resolved. I’m going to put in my ticket today and see what happens. Thanks for the comment and I appreciate you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🇺🇸🇺🇸🤙🏻🤙🏻. P.S. - I’ll post a follow up video once I have a resolution.
Can anyone recommend a holster for the Dagger compact with a TLR7X light ?? I bought one from PSA the “cloak” and there was a review that stated it fit the compact - $70 holster and it doesn’t fit
Check out border town, I’ve heard good to things about them, otherwise “we the people holsters.” You may also look at Alien gear - the first two look like they already have options for the dagger with the Tlr7, hope this helps. Thanks for the comment and I’ll see you around the channel!
@ Hey I appreciate the reply. I’ll definitely check them out. I’m thinking about getting the Dagger Micro C-1 . I’ve seen holsters for it just not for the compact lol !
Can’t go wrong with the C-1, I love the platform. Aside from normal break in procedures it’s been a solid gun. I had an issue with one mag, gun not locking back but nothing major. Here’s a link to the video: ua-cam.com/video/7I-wuP_yN8c/v-deo.htmlsi=Ns0i-ZA06aldSjuI
@ Hey does it feel small ? I have a G3C and to me that feels small, and I know they are close in size
I’d say they’re similar in size - the micro dagger is based on the g43x and the c-1 the g48. If you’re familiar with those platforms, those are the direct comparisons. I’ve got plenty of grip and purchase on the micros, I’ve got larger hands too. My $0.02
I think one of the biggest pros is optics clearance. Trying to reach up under some big glass to reach a rear charger can be tricky. Not sure how the side chargers could be heavier, in my mind, you're deleting the fwd assist, dust cover and T-handle. I would think the plug and side charging handle would weigh less. Another pro, not that i recommend it, you can push on the charging handle if you're not quite in battery. Con: no dust cover PS: Gibbz arms and a few others make non-reciprocating side chargers
Thanks for the feedback, you’re right and I’ve ran into the issue with my larger scopes. Pain in the butt trying to charge the rifle, I even swapped the charging handle to one that has large grip surfaces. It helps but still much tighter than I’d like. My side charger is hefty, feels much heavier than others (rear charging) I’ve built or bought. The upper on mine is much thicker metal and the Bcg feels heavier as well. The dust cover could certainly be a draw back depending on your intended use and environment. Thanks for the tip on the other manufacturers, I’ll check them out. I appreciate the comment and for you being part of the squad. Be safe and stay vigilant 🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸.
