One of our favorite places to visit, The Grand Hotel in Michigan, uses Meyer's cleaning products in the Geranium scent and the hotel has this lovely fragrance as you walk thru and in the guest rooms too. So when I use it at home, I feel like I'm back there!

great video... i am allllll about flowers in the house all year round, & funny that my ultimate fav are yellow tulips from whole foods =) anyway i super awesome tip for them, is to ask the florist to give you a bunch "from the back" that still isn't on display, they would still be closed and not bloomed yet. they prefer the bloomed ones out since hey are more attractive, but if you buy them un bloomed, its soo pretty to see the progress day-by-day. & they will last a few days more...
I have those same purple gloves. Here's a tip for using them even better. If you fold over the ends of the gloves, it will catch any water travelling down the gloves so you're upper arms or the inside of the gloves don't get wet.

Rach this was such a fun, creative video. Two things: First, a tip for keeping flowers fresh longer is to cut off the ends of the stems before you put them in water, but always make sure to do this under water! This prevents air from getting into the plant's vascular system and causing damage. Second, try putting bergamot in your essence water! I drank bergamot essence water all last summer and it was so refreshing. It's probably hard to find at the store but you can always plant some in Byron's garden. Also try catnip and holy basil. Yum!

I'd like to know what you recommend from the Honest products (products you use of theirs on a regular basis) I know they will send samples, just trying to get ideas on what to sample first. Can you make a haul video or just a video on the all of the Honest products you use? I see you use their laundry detergent, what softener do you use with the detergent to make your clothes non static & smell fresh? Lastly, Have you used Method products & if you have what do you think of them? Thanks so much! :)

Rachel, those alstroemerias (Peruvian lilies) that you bought are super easy to grow in your garden. Those are the main flowers my mom plants and has in our house, she has at least 4 different colors! Anyway, I think they'd be a great addition to your garden and it would save you a lot of money when you want to make a bouquet for your house or for a gift. :)
