snow is my favorite, hes so chill and laid-back, he just wants love and to cuddle and we rarely see him being agressive or dominant, he just lives life without being bothered, just so unproblematic and gentle and i love that ab him.
It's such a pleasure seeing you 2 as brothers, fully engaged working together, as hand & glove for each other's safety, the animals' benefit, educating the globe! Joyful!💖🐾⚘️
They both said it best: they know the risks & they choose to take it. This is no game. Videos like this allow the unexperienced people to get as close as we ever should - through you. Even the famed George Adamson, who knew his lions' every move, was sliced up on occasion. Same with any person who works among incredibly powerful, wild animals. I thank you so much for letting me/all of us into your world. It's such an honor & a privilege.
glad to see Noeh is finally getting the attention and recognition so many were asking for over the years. we could see him here and there briefly but many viewers missed him entirely and were wondering who is behind the camera most of the time when Dean clearly wasn't handling any camera equipment. now these questions should get much rarer.
They are such beautiful and powerful creatures. You tend to forget how strong they and especially if you don’t work with them. You guys do an amazing job caring for them and showing the world how important they are. Thank you.
Right!!! Cats are such little shits haha but you can't help but love them. I have 5, and my one girl is 14 she is boss of the house, and everyone knows it. She is so sweet though.

Just getting caught up on all the videos and I would like to say thank you, Noeh. For being a loyal, honest, and faithful friend to Dean. Thank you for sharing your time and work with all of us to keep us informed on the family. And, also, thank you, Dean for being the same to Noeh and putting LIFE first. As it should be for all living creatures on this planet. To both of you, thank you for recognizing genuine and sincere friendship in each other and supporting one another. True friendship is a rare commodity these days! Lets all keep the chain of love and support going for these two gentlemen so that they can pass it forward to all of our furry friends and family. Love. Respect. Integrity. Honesty. Loyalty. Courage. Discipline. Faithfulness. Hakuna Mipaka. This is the way. Forever ❤️ ☮️ 🌎
12:20 This is an amazing camera shot. It still baffles me how REAL this is. I can't help but feel jealous that this is what you get to wake up to every day and get to experience. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, to the both of you, for sharing your experience with us. ZA
Wow.. this is truly a calling.. these guys are super beautiful and brave. They have made me see lions in such a different way . I always knew that lions were beautiful and majestic but i only knew the ferocious side. This is beautiful ❤
Che animali fantastici ed è talmente potente la loro forza, che quando giocano, anche senza volerlo, possono far male…ma fa tutto parte del gioco !!! Un affettuoso saluto dalla Sicilia 👋
Seriously I've still got scratches from 40 years ago from felines, almost lost my right eye from a killer claw, not to mention I almost lost my whole left arm and my life due to septic because of multiple claw scratches and bites couple of years ago...and I'm only a tiny little grandma talking about assassin house cats😂🤣🥴😹 sooooo I couldn't possibly imagine what you've both suffered, however, the unconditional love and loyalty of these gorgeous assassins are well worth it. Thank you Boys for bringing so much joy into all our lives and the lives of these stunning creatures 🙏💖
😂😂😂 I feel u.... but after all, gosh I felt proud when they finally feel confident enough to let my rub their belly 😊 or when they started purring 😊 I remember a stray I took to the vet bite me so hard that I ended up doing the check up as I was losing so much blood and the vet was shocked, I was like "oh.. it happens.." 😂 felines.. dangerously beautiful creatures.
Love their "sneak attacks". You can tell from their movements and facial expressions that they are having fun. I find it interesting of similar traits with even domestic house cats. I have one that loves the "sneak attack" game.
You and Noeh are beautiful strong brave men. I often wondered if Noeh was regarded similarly by the lions. Bravo for giving us a closer look into animal behavior.
It has been said in previous videos, they are members of the lion pride, and the only ones hands on with the lions, with exception to the veterinarian staff
Finally we get to see a video with Noeh properly for a straight 15minutes 😂 thanks to the whole Hakuna Mipaka team ❤ especially loved the little belly scene where he gave Dean that look 😂
Noeh has the toughest job no doubt. He’s always filming Dean and the Lions and it gives these masters of the hunt opportunities to get the jump on him. Sometimes love is tough though!
You guys are absolutely precious.......seriously. I can just see your little faces as you were little boys playing in the woods or a dirt fort......etc. Laughing and giggling. Just warms my heart to think of you this way. I know...I'm an old lady now and trying to find ways to live peacefully before I die......and trust me....watching you there with the lions is more than I could have expected at this time of my life. I love you both so much and wish the best for you. I'm sure you will find more of my comments in all the hundreds of videos you have made. Sorry to be a bother......but hey I'm sure you enjoy all the people sharing their thoughts with you and your work there. If I were much younger, I would have been on a plane by now looking for a hut close by. lol No worries.....too old now! Take care of yourself.....love your wife and child well, as Im sure you will. You live a fairytale life......and I am so lucky to have been able to watch as you go further down your road. CeeCee
Look at the way they speak - Such happiness & pride they have got to work with such strong and majestic animals. I am sure every moment spent - Even if it means their skin getting ripped off is 100% WORTH ! Thank you Dean for dedicating your life for them. I can relate since I have a mini tiger (My cat) whom I have raised myself. I exactly know what a quarter inch claw can do to your skin, I can just imagine what a 4 inch claw can do!! But again, totally worth it ! Power to you !
I love this!! You guys have got to do this again!. The play by play comments, the chemistry and bond that is so evident. This was great. Please do this again🤗🙏🏼
REALLY GOOD to meet 'behind the camera' at last!! Always think it takes a very special kinda guy or gal to shoot others being in centre of attention, yet always be in background themselves. Good to meet you, other half!!!
The look of love in your faces when you watch these magical beings is what love looks like thank u for your hard work and dedication to preserving this beauty for generations to come l believe that if we don’t change our ways the only place you will see wildlife it at Deans park as our greed would have destroyed their habitat
You are the right person. I listen to your every word. As I can see, I'm not alone, there are a lot of wonderful people, I'm not sure if I could speak for the others. But I will at least say this. Your mission has brought you here. Your faith to repair the damage that is happening everywhere in the world is grandiose. Your love for animals is exemplary. I love every post you make. The charm you have is impressive. I've only known you for a while, but I feel like I've known you for a long time. It's a dream come true. Passing on values and sharing it with others is the most beautiful thing. I'm glad to be here. People have to keep learning. I share everything with fans. I'm watching this live right now. I am honored to be here with you. The knowledge I get here is a jewel for me. Thank you Dean Schneider Regards Renzi.😇💫🦒🐕🐒🐆🦁🐴🐆🐅🐺🐍🐾
Thanks for sharing a different part of your experience. It's really great to see you two working together with the pride, while getting all those love marks. I can't really begin to imagine the feeling of a lion hug with all that power and weight on your body, even when you know they are just in a happy mood. But I would love to be part of a project like this and share my days with them.
There's Nyla, just like clockwork! Stealing the show! Gotta love that girl, she's my favorite. And it was very nice to see the both of you together in the same video and sharing experiences. He's an excellent camera man. Cheers to you both!
This was beautiful to watch. I noticed Dean stretch out his hand each time he approached each lion. Now I can see why the respect is reciprocated. Dean respects the animals and they in turn respect him back too ( cameraman included 😅). You guys are doing exceptional work here. Kudos to you❤
Ich finde euch beide richtig toll. Eure Projekte sind wunderbar und ein wichtiger Beitrag auf diesem Planeten. Noeh finde ich wunderbar, dass du da bist.Danke DIR❣️

hi guyss pleasee don't skip the ads popping out the screen, it would be a great help for Dean and the whole Hakuna Mipaka team. Kindly spread this mission. Thank you and God Bless 🙏😊
Haiii gais 💖 Blessings worldwide 🎐🗺️ THANK YOU beloved Dean! Nice to meet you Noeh, your mission is brightening up my 🦉 OWLy days and brings blessings to the whole world, keep leading the young ones. Brothers you are lighthouses, stay blessed. Hugs from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Noeh shine more in front of the camera, brother!
It’s always amazing to me how they treat you and your friend, so gentle compared to playing with the other lions. So smart. They know you are part of the pride, but they know they have to be extremely gentle as well with you.
This video is very interesting, it's so amazing that they sort of treat you guys like cubs because they feel humans are fragile, but at the same time give you guys a higher position in the pride than a cub would have. The wounds are clearly moments of them forgetting to pay attention to your weaknesses compared to lions, or accidents. But at the same time it is very interesting that we've been shown how often you guys get hurt, which clearly shows how dangerous and strong lions are. If the scars you guys have are from simple accidents then you can imagine how easy they would have it if they actually tried to hurt a human. I'm happy to see you guys look back at those moments as memorable even though you got hurt pretty badly, really shows you're committed to maintaining a close relationship with them despite of the risks. Both you guys and the lions seem to be very happy.
Grüezi von Genf…I love what you do guys and respect it sooo much. I have always been into this beautiful continent spent quiet a few years in Gabon and some time in Senegal and to see this wildlife, your knowledge and the friendship you and Noé have with this pride that is making you part of it in their own way is truly a blessing and humbling…so thank you to share this with us and if you come to Geneva for a conference, I for sure would come. Or how about to organize a charity event for you to receive a bit of what you give so that us human can have a beautiful legacy of what you have accomplished hoping that generations will follow your path !!! I live my professional dream and live the wildlife dream thru your vids knowing that to make it real I will need another life ! 😱😉 So thank you and keep up the good work and the passion alive…😃👍🏼 Be safe !
Dean, U are in the Lion's Den. Thanks for sharing "Critical Situations" as this is a learning experience for many of US since WE are ignorant to the facts. Both of U are very tough to be able to handle such Powaful Cats. BSafe BStrong!

Yes!! I love Snow too. But Queen Nylah is my favorite ❤
I agree I was going to say the same thing

“Dexter saw an opportunity, like always” 🤣🤣 the confidence necessary to work with a lion
It's the "like always" for me. Like, we all know ocean waves don't intend to do damage, but they WILL 😅

glad to see Noeh is finally getting the attention and recognition so many were asking for over the years. we could see him here and there briefly but many viewers missed him entirely and were wondering who is behind the camera most of the time when Dean clearly wasn't handling any camera equipment. now these questions should get much rarer.
I think noeh is a little shy when it comes to being in front of the camera 😂
That eye wound is insane. Much love for both of you Dean and Noeh. Long time fan from Philippines.

They are such beautiful and powerful creatures. You tend to forget how strong they and especially if you don’t work with them. You guys do an amazing job caring for them and showing the world how important they are. Thank you.

Noeh stop worrying about your looks! 🤣 we love you both! Thanks for the treatment you give all your animals!!

I believe Dean has mentioned in previous videos that Noeh is also a part of the pride/family and the lions treat him as such.

You guys are doing great work in South Africa 🇿🇦 need to see more of the whole camp including all the animals and all the staff
❤❤❤
We all need a friend/family like Noeh!
These lions are beautiful, it's been great seeing them grow. I can't wait to see some of them have their own cubs.
I don't think they can. I believe I remember hearing Dean say they made it so they can't in another video
The girls have been neutered
Yeah, lions are cruel with the cubs. Like the male lions sometimes will kill the cubs if they want to take dominance over a lioness.
@suan333 Thats true, but that is not why they neutured them. Dean just didn't want more lions in captivity
They can not reproduce. Dean struggled with that decision when they were younger... But it was in best interest to prevent that
I would love to see more videos with you both offering details. You both have so much to share.
Watching Them Rolling Around The Floor With a Pride of Lions Makes Me Feel Like i am Missing so MUCH in This Life
what a blissful life to be surrounded by just pure love...❤❤❤❤
