I literally start breaking down if I don't exercise for like two days. The hormone boost is critical for my mental health, focus, and creative skills. Plus learning about how to go to the gym (especially bodybuilding) helps you really learn the anatomy not just as stationary masses but also how they move and function as a machine. If you aren't already exercising regularly, I cannot recommend going to the gym/bodybuilding enough for anyone, but especially artists.

Yeah, i definitely sculpt and draw people that end up with my blocky facial feature! In life drawing class in college, I used to be able to guess who did a piece not just from the style but also because it would look a bit like the artist themselves.
