To bad my windshield wiper arms are so stuck to the linkage, I cannot remove them even with bearing pullers. xD

Did you try a pry bar?

@@azizhachimi8744 eventually I broke one bearing puller. Got another, stiffer one with thin “arms”. Finally, I was able to remove both wipers, although they came off really, really hard..

I am very surprised , why you are not cleaning the area of job ? You never use grease when reinstall the bolts and all othert things ? My friend , "grease is half of job" , what kind of mechanic are you if not greasing the elements ?
