My mother is 88 Yr old and she is investing in 100 %equity funds, out of which 2 are small cap fund and 1 is mid cap fund
As per her age, it is too risky to invest 100% in equity. If we refer the equity investment calculation formula like 100 - age= % to investment so it comes to 12% which she can invest in equity and rest in debt funds 😊
aapko bhi pata hai yeh paisa aapko milane wala hai... long term rakho... nominee register karo....

बहुत ही अच्छा वीडियो😎👌,धन्यवाद स्वाति जी और प्रबलिन जी😊😊🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi Swati mam, thank you so much for picking up my question, you spent good amount of time to explain everything. The explanation from the guest was to the point and had good clarity.
Swati ji many thanks to you and Prableenji for answering my question.
I m 66 and investing very very aggressively in mainly infrastructure and defence funds.... investing for next 20 yrs for my grandchildren..
Khan saab! don't invest in sectoral funds... never ever... if you vision is for long term ... you can invest in small cap or small cap index... 🙂 hope this will help
Swati ma'am, Prableen ma'am, there's an amazing synergy between the two of you. Like other sessions, this one is also very insightful. Thank you very much! My question is: if a person's FIRE number, based on 25x of his/her annual family expense, is an amount X and his current investment size is already 4X, can he/she keep 1X in a conservative debt-based investment just beating inflation and 3X of the corpus can be deployed in the equity market to generate generational wealth? What would be your opinion?
Thankyou madam for the good video.
God bless you Swati . You must continue the work . At least you are not biased.
Valuable edition Madam 🙏

I hope my question regarding international funds would be taken today
Hi & Namaskar Both Madam's👏👏👏👏
I have parag Parikh flexi cap fund, HDFC flexi cap fund and axis small cap fund . 10years tenure for children education. Each one 2000/ investment start with 2yrs ago-
Replace hdfc flexi cap by quant multi cap and axis small cap by nippon India small cap
Prefer multi cap to flexi cap.
HDFC flexi cap can be stopped, as you are already investing in Parag parikh flexicap. For small cap, you can invest in nippon small cap direct growth and also start sip in Motilal Oswal Midcap direct growth fund.
Axis has front running issues , stay away from it
owing to privacy I cannot disclose my portfolio....
Is it good to invest sip in tata nifty 50 midcap 50 momentum or Axis nifty 50 small cap fund ??
Madam please review my mf investment, whether UTI Nifty 500 value 50 fund is good for 10 year investment purpose.
Waiting for today's video

its good! if you have long vision for your investments ... then you can increase your small cap amounts and reduced by mid and flexi 🙂otherwise its a nice portfolio for long term
Hello, i have been watching your video for a long time. I have a question about Short term capital gain. Right now my salary is 15000 PM. I had invested 25000 lumpsome amount in quant small cap mutual fund last year. Which gave me 45% return and I redeemed it. Do I need to pay STCG.
Swati ma'am please daily wages pe work karne walon ke liye bhi kuchh achhe mutual fund suggest karein taaki wo bhi apne liye aur apne pariwar ke liye kuchh saving kar saken.🙏🙏🙏🙏
Shuruat karen jitne kam se aap kar sakte hain! fir jaise jaise aapko confidence aata jayega aage ki journey me aapko khud maza aane lagega... aadat daaliye investing ki... 🙂
Heloo madam 🙏, my age 40 , my monthly income 30k , mera 2 beti he 7/4 salki. Mera monthly expenditure 20 k ka. Me teried ment ke liye ₹ rakhna chahata hu me july month se sip karna chahata hu 10 sal ke liye.me kuch socha he 8 k step up sip nifty me,2 k motilal oswal midcap fund pe,2 k quant midcap pe ,1.5k nippon india small cap me,1.5 k quant small cap me kya mere liye thick rehega pls, advice me.. 50 age me retirement lena chahata hu. Ghar he or beti ke liye 10 lakh rakh chuka hu. Pls 🙏 guide me
Suppose I have invested 40 lacs in different mutual funds (like small, mid, flexi)till now. If I hold the same funds without any further investment, how many years it would take to grow around 1 CR? I know it depends on funds diversification as well but if we just want to guess an average years.
I guess 9-10 years with 14% annual return.
How much of silver should be there in our portfolio for someone nearing retirement.?
5%
Zero.why do such nonsense investment. They will hardly beat inflation. Better put that money in nifty 50 index
Put in gold
Mam mujhe apna portfolio aapki advice ke liye aapke pass bhejna hai. Kya karu?
Invested in SBI retirement fund
Namskaram mam
Hi..
Hi
Swatiji please call the Tata MF fund manager Chandraprakash Padiyar to your show.
Mem..
Meri sip chl rhi h
Hdfc mid cup 1000
Sbi nifty index 1000.
Quant small cup 1500
Sbi automotive opportunity 500.. new sip kiya h
Ye long term ke liye h
Ab aap btaye mujhe ghr lena h ya bnana h 30lakh chahiye 5 se 7 saal me kitne ki sip krna padega aur kaun sa fund lena chahiye.
Kya mujhe
All small mid leke chlna chahiye
Income kitna hai? Kyunki itna Kam amount invest karke waise bhi zyada kuch haath nahi lagne wala. Try to increase income first and increase investment amount also

Mam,...since 5 years,..I got 25/26 % CAGR in M.F. & 28/29% CAGR in Stocks...
In which segment I increase my allocation?
Although all stocks are Small n Microcap
Always MF...Switch all money of STOCKS to MF systematically.
SIP mein kab se CAGR hone lag gaya.. Have you heard XIRR?
@@sushil2kashyapreally comedy for me.. I have best MF and have 26.6% XIRR and stock have 67% XIRR
Agar amount lumsum kiya hai to cagr aur agar sip hai to xirr hoga
@@mukeshgupta6256 ha but isne likha hai since 5 year to aisa koi bhi nahi hoga jo 5 saal phle lumpsum karke bhool gaya hoga.. Obviously SIP hi kar raha hoga or CAGR ki baat bol raha hai which is 100% incorrect
Madam,
My question is still not taken, I m e-mail since last 5 months...don't know how long to wait....
what is your question? 🙂
Madam I am very busy doctor and don't realise finance very good.
My age is 51 years.
I want to get 6-6.5 crore at the age of 60, 9 years from now.
I have 30 lakh in PPF and 40 lakh in Bank FD.
I have 2 lakh as emergency fund.
I have health insurance policy of 2 lakh capping.
Regarding equity, I have 25 lakh in parag Parikh flexi cap fund,25 lakh in quant fkwxi cap fund, 20 lakh in motilal Oswal enhanced value index fund, 20 lakh in quant momentum fund, 20 lakh in quant quantamental fund,20 lakh in Edelweiss midcap 150 momentum fund and 20 lakh in quant value fund.
Gold is of 4 lakh as SGB.
Please let me know if I can reach my goal.
Total 2.24 crore I have as total value of my portfolio.
I have my own house.
Thank you 🙏😊.
As per your portfolio it is achievable... Even if you don't touch your mutual funds and it gives you at least 12% return on your MFs (which is benchmark of index) then it will take 6 years to double it... 🙂
